Your "Fix" didn't fix anything at all, Battlegrounds still BROKEN

Isn't Battlegrounds a major selling point of Morrowind? Then why didn't you fix it? I should have been suspicious when you said you "improved" it in patch notes, rather than "fixed" it Really dissapointed.

UPDATE: After 1 Battleground you will be permanently stuck in the QUE and you CAN NOT leave it.

The queing process gets stuck in "Forming Group" After that you get just que´d again or the "one person declined"-message pops up. First BG worked, after that it doesn't work anymore for my group or alone. Tested it with 4, 2 and alone.

E: You guys should entirely remove this "confirmation"thingy, if someone ques and its ready, no confirmation/declining needed, you get instantly ported into the dungeon/Battleground. It seems that this is the root of the problem, people should not have an option to decline if they are que'd.

The Join queue function seems to work better this patch, no need to spam the button anymore. The matchmaking problem for specifically groups still seems to be a problem. Queuing solo seems to be hit and miss, but 7/10 times you'll get into a game for the most past, was same last week, but queuing as group is impossible until off peak hours.

Still receiving the 'Someone in your group decline you were placed to the front of the queue' 'Waiting for players: 1' 'Forming Group' Endless cycle.

Speaking specifically as a group, no matter the size.

I'm having a similar problem:

I queue, I accept, I get stuck in "Forming Group". After that, a few more invites appear, I accept them, but same. Sometimes its stuck on Waiting for Player: 1, and then it says someone declined the queue invite, and goes back to queue. I was able to get into two battlegrounds, but after accepting many invites.

Gina, please have the devs look at the grouping tool as well, not just group finder or dungeon finder or even just Battlegrounds.

I am currently forming / joining overland groups in the Gold Coast. When I am joining a group, I get the disconnect and a message "Failed to join group." About 15 seconds later, the group that I "failed to join" appears. When I am forming groups, I send invites. I receive a "So and so failed to join group" message. Again, a few seconds later, they will appear in group.

I had that too. I'm stuck in "forming group" for one or two minutes before entering the BG. And I had two "someone declined" (but maybe two players really declined...).

Edit: I had "activity no longer valid" too.

This is legit so funny, 2 maint later and a MAJOR (i could spam this word a million times) selling point/feature for Morrowind is still this broken.

PVE group finder was broken ever since you implemented the confimation fix (that always gave an error) but I never imagined it would turn out this bad.

Today, we wasted all day in EU and as soon as people logged on and queued, the problem still exists. Ive never felt so put off by this game.

Been stuck in forming group for the past 10 mins or so, and can't cancel to requeue.

This right here is a big problem. "What still appears to be broken?" If they have to ask this question they have no clue what is going on and that worries me. Did you not test the patch that just went live? I bought Morrowind for BGs. not for the Warden class, or Vvardenfell quest zone. I could care less about them.

They didn't do this early access thing as a nice gesture to those who pre-ordered the expansion.
They did it to get mass testers because the closed PTS wasn't giving enough feedback.
We're not lucky pre-order players; we are guinea pigs.

Closed beta ran right up to when pre orders could play. The NDA was in effect right up to early access. There was never any doubt this was going to be the case

The only real question is, can they actually make a Group finder that works all the time. They haven't been able to for dungeons.

7 hours server down and same issues remain. cmon ZOS, fire ppl responsible for it and hire programmers on same quality level as your art team, those know how to do great stuff.

Look, regardless of the fact that this absolutely should have been caught in QA (and I don't want to make any excuses, this is pretty bogus), by providing clear and concise explanations of the problem and how to reproduce it, you help the team more clearly pinpoint the problem. "It's broken" isn't helpful. By narrowing down what is and isn't broken about the process, they can look at an increasingly smaller section of the code base to figure out what's up.

And again, I'm not defending the shoddy QA. But Gina isn't the person to take it out on, jeez.

I totally agree to this post, I have said and felt this myself. It almost feels like they test all the patches and "fixes" on local computers with not 100% updated patches or through a data filter that doesn't mimic the one we have to use to communicate with their servers ending in them thinking the game is flawless and in us experiencing alot of problems, I bet they think the group finder is working perfectly, because they tested it by solo queuing 2 times then saying "yup it's working"......

a) I said so when they announced it and got bashed by fanboys and ppl that believe in Vivec.
b) Even if they had gotten the feedback: After 3 years of the same ***, namingly bugs and fundamental, system inherent performance issues, I don't think they have any good developers left... if they ever had some.
