I've asked them this with no response.

I feel like they won't have time to get the patch certified and console will be looking at the issues PC is having and then a patch to address all the bugs at least a month or two later.

The response the same, so why repeat it endlessly? It is something like:

"If it is a hotfix, we can fix it as soon as we identify it. If we have to patch it, the patch has to go thru the same certification process as the game did, so it will be as soon as Sony/MS/JohnHenry certifies the patch."

I have been reading that since the game rolled out onto consoles.

Because they haven't stated either of your two examples.

I've worked in customer service a long time, and the one thing that takes priority is communication.

Show me one time where they said what console was getting to fix this issue on launch or if it will be after.

Not saying anything and using a wait and see attitude is just lazy.

I'm amazed this isn't tested and resolved on the pts during the beta stage. they've had months to test these things before they go live- whats the point of the pts otherwise? dont tell me Zos dont have money- i just saw an ad for morrowind on the side of a bus and I'm currently in a 3rd world country for work! they have lots of money- i also know this because i ve personally given them thousands. as far as I'm concerned this is totally unacceptable. i had hoped morrowind would be the boom of eso- that more new gamers would come- enjoy it- and MY game would become THE game- the new WOW, that people would love it as much as i do. but they've all been turned off it- and Ive been turned off it. I'm just going to stick to grinding gear until ZOS resolve BG and Cyrodil. and ill keep my wallet closed til then also.

Eh.. i just gave them a part of £40 so I'd expect a working product. This is why Morrowind, Battlegrounds and the Warden all would have filled the three missing DLCs for the past 8 monthes (and I belive they are just that, bunched together) or would have fitted the CS, and hopefully the CS items luck would have rubbed off.

But afaik, CS bought head and body markings disapear beteeen zoning at times. And is the Dutchess jog broken still? XD

I find it better, could do a couple of battlegrounds without too much trouble but then suddenly, for no apparent reasons it will enter a Forming group loop and you just end up waiting there

Remember, when they test a patch, they don't test the million of possible computer configs, they don't install the hundreds possible add-ons we do install and the possible combination of those third party mods that might cause issues, and there is always a difference than test local and live with thousands of members all around the world, lots of factors to take into consideration... Until june 6th it's still early-acess, so expect some stuff to happen The day you'll go up create a game, come up with new content often and try to add content to your stuff, and the day you realeas a major patch and nothing happens, man, i'll call you God and craft you infinite life long ingame 3 stats Food.

Only the mechanic at this garage personally built and designed your car, and is supposed to be driving it every day.

It worked MUCH better for me today. I got many BGs. That was both solo early on in the day and with a 4 man group later. There was some delay on certain pops (mostly at "Forming Group"). And sometimes I/we were sent back to the q when it said someone refused to take the ready check. And yes, there were some 4/4/2 matches.

But the fixes were still a big improvement.

People on this forum love to come up with fail analogies to prove their point. It's almost more frequent than ZOS breaking things.

@Insandros No, in this case people don't need to be specific. The devs need to just start up a damn pc and try it for themselves. They should already know this stuff.

just as yeasterday. I qued. Got fast into a game. Now after the game I'm still in que (but not for BG. just a general que that i cannot leave...) and have to relog to play BG again. I'm super. thank's for asking.

I think the main fix of the patch was the coding so the nodes wasnt appearing as fast as they where.

And I'm sure you know (since they're on the same basics) that the 'normal' group-finder has the same issues: yesterday we were grouped, with correct roles, pressed the 'join' button, then after several (3-4) times we accepted our roles in the confirmation check, nothing happened, and had to port in manually.

Solo queuing worked fine for me yesterday, there was some waiting time, but at most around 5 minutes. Some matches were almost instant. I didn't haven't Hammer the queue button which my index finger was very grateful for.

What's still not good is the team distribution, lopsided matches 4v2v2 or 1v2v3 is just not a whole lot of fun. CTF and Domination are quite boring in the current state too. Overall I see improvements, but ofc I didn't try joining with a premade group.

For me it was actually working kind of OK. Played for 2-3 hours last night, and would get about 10 min queue on average. So a huuuge improvement from the DeclineInvite loop of death. The actual BG's had lots of problems, with 2v3v4 etc etc. But im fine with that. I enjoy the challenge. When im 2v4v4 and win, it just makes it better.

Lovely people at Zenimaxx,

there are players who supported your game since beta in 2014 (like me). We know the ups and downs of the game, the changes (good and bad) you have made but also all the bugs that are present for years!! yes years! You always promise to "fix" things. And I believe you, you want to fix it, but the thing is "you have no *** idea how"...and thats the sad part.

Like a person already said, there are f2p games who do it a lot better. How can they manage? Look at poe for example. Very little downtime, always very fast hotfixes. Its the opposite for eso.

Its about damn time you appreciate all the "beta" testing we do for you and give out a mount, crowns or whatever and show us a little gratitude. I cant speak for all, but I feel very disappointed and exploited by your company. Its not about getting anything free out of this disaster, its about how you treat your longtime playerbase Zenimaxx! All you do is advertising new players, but you do NOTHING for your current players. (Stop making new content and fix your ***!) Shame on you.
