In GW2 you can't change map while in queue, because according to the devs there, it would cause problems, if queue pops during loading screens. In ESO there is no such restriction. I'm aware that this is a completely different game with different technical background, and maybe loading screens are handeled just fine, but what if not? Anyone from the devs thought about this?
This does make sense. People do different things while in a queue and I know I have missed queues to Cyrodiil many many times because I missed the pop up to accept either because I was doing something else or I didn't get the screen notification at all. I think perhaps they should remove the option to accept/decline. If you queue for something as soon as its ready just load them into wherever. I am also going to add if this ever went live that if you do queue for anything don't think you'll have time for a dungeon or trial and then get mad that you got pulled out. A work around would be if you travel anywhere while in queue it would kick you.
What about when you are 126th in queue for Cyrodiil?
I'm not going to stay in one area for that long while I wait.

Same in random dungeon finder!Anne_Firehawk wrote: »ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »Can you be a bit more specific, please? What still appears to be broken?
The queing process gets stuck in "Forming Group"

Perhaps the Devs should simply login to their game and try to get into a battleground?
Same with dungeon finder, invite in guild for random normal, we was 3 missed one DD, decided to queue, game tried to form group 5 times, we had to leave group and reform, now as four players.I'm having a similar problem:
I queue, I accept, I get stuck in "Forming Group". After that, a few more invites appear, I accept them, but same. Sometimes its stuck on Waiting for Player: 1, and then it says someone declined the queue invite, and goes back to queue. I was able to get into two battlegrounds, but after accepting many invites.

I guess that ignoring all the problems with the dungeon finder for months and then using the same tool with a few tweaks for battlegrounds was not the brightest idea.

All I really wanna know is does this mean console will not get fix on June 6th and now we will have to wait another month or 2 for the incrimental patch??

OH. MY. GOD.
It just dawned on me.
They didn't do this early access thing as a nice gesture to those who pre-ordered the expansion.
They did it to get mass testers because the closed PTS wasn't giving enough feedback.
We're not lucky pre-order players; we are guinea pigs.
***.

a) I said so when they announced it and got bashed by fanboys and ppl that believe in Vivec.
b) Even if they had gotten the feedback: After 3 years of the same ***, namingly bugs and fundamental, system inherent performance issues, I don't think they have any good developers left... if they ever had some.

I've asked them this with no response.
I feel like they won't have time to get the patch certified and console will be looking at the issues PC is having and then a patch to address all the bugs at least a month or two later.
Gonna be sad times on console.
