You can't use an outlier as a barometer for all content.

Cherry picked few? Are you serious? Every serious raiding guild in this game had their chance to get their entire team(s) an invite for each person if only they would read alittle longer than the tip of their fedoras. It was said countless times in Council of Raiders as well as on these forums AND reddit that if any active and serious raiding guild had people without an invite, they should contact ZOS and they would fix it immediately.
If your guild fits into this criteria (or any guild for that matter) and didn't get their invites; blame your raidleader/guildmaster for not paying attention like the rest of us did.

Just noticed though, 7 sorcs in a group of 12. Assuming 2 tanks and 2 healers and none of the sorcs are filling those roles...

So how's that balance working out Zos

If it helps you sleep at night, they were first to clear on pts as well.

IIRC WoW typically has a few months time pass before their best raid guilds beat newly released Raids. There's really no way to spin this. The trial was too easy.

Congratulations to Hodor! Disappointed in ZOS. This is why you don't release Trials/Raids on PTS. A few hours....

Not really. In WoW I played in a guild competing with Nihilum for world firsts, we cleared more encounters in few weeks, not months. Few, as in very few.

Last time I checked the Council is only like 10 guilds across both EU and NA. There's a lot more guilds that run vet trials than that.

However in my experience almost anyone who ever played the PTS got an invite so don't see it as being an issue.

Gonna say this again as it seems my original post has disappeared.

This thread to me is nothing more than someone stroking their ego.... who cares.

I'd be far more impressed if this was a group of players who didn't have access to the PTS to practice for a month who cleared this on day one, rather than an elite EU guild whose ability in this game gets crap nerfed for the rest of us who will never come near their skill level.

First yes, after 60 tries in the PTS.

It's so sad to see this, in others games being World first takes some time because no one knows anything, in ESO you just have to download the PTS.
