Hello together,

this might help you to choose the right race for the upcoming patch for PVP.

I have made a test with every stam race in the game on the pts, for sustain.

Gear: 5x Ravager (Chest, Belt, Shoes, Legs, Arms) all Heavy, Impen, 2x Selene (Shoulder, Head) Medium, Impen , 3x Agility (all Weapondamage Glyphs)
All Gear has stamina Glyphs.
Buffod: Dubious Camoran Throne
Class: Templar

CP: 60 Points in Mooncalf (all other cp do not increase my stam-regen, so it does not matter, where I have spend them)

Test was on the Skeleton Dummy.
How did i test. First I buff my self up with Rally, nothing else.
Then Light attack->Jabs.. over and over again, untill I run out of stam. No other skills. If rally runs out, I refresh it.
I have not used any Potion at all.

5x Heavy = 541 regen all 4 seconds through Constitution, so 270,5 every 2 seconds regen if I take damage. The Dummy is not doing any damage, so the time untill I run out of stam is higher in a combat situation.
But it does not matter for the race choise.

Results:

Redguard:
Normal stam regen: 1074
Adrenaline rush: 316,8 every 2 seconds if I do meele damge.
Constitution 270,5 every 2 seconds if I take damage.

Total: 1661,3 stam regen in a combat situation.

I run out of stamina in 50 seconds.

Khajiit:
Normal stam regen: 1082
Constitution 270,5 every 2 seconds if I take damage.

Total: 1352,5 stam regen in a combat situation.

I run out of stamina in 37 seconds.

Wood Elf:
Normal stam regen: 1174
Constitution 270,5 every 2 seconds if I take damage.

Total: 1444,5 stam regen in a combat situation.

I run out of stamina in 41 seconds.

Orc:
Normal stam regen: 999
Constitution 270,5 every 2 seconds if I take damage.

Total: 1269,5 stam regen in a combat situation.

I run out of stamina in 35 seconds.

Nord:
Normal stam regen: 999
Constitution 270,5 every 2 seconds if I take damage.

Total: 1269,5 stam regen in a combat situation.

I run out of stamina in 35 seconds.

Conclusion:
Redguard is in my opinion the best Race for a heavy armour stam-pvp build for sustain.
