LOST.... to the island

yes, i spent 15.000 crowns - yesterday -
yes, i started to move things around - yesterday -
yes, i left my toon on MY island and grabbed another one for raid-evening - yessterday -
today i wanted to log on my toon to decorate the island a bit more... got an infinte loading screen "requesting character load" waited around 5 minutes, nothing happened.
quit the game by "alt/f4" and stated it new
logged onto another toon, works perfectly alright, tried to log on the "island toon".... infinte "requesting character load"... so w t f ???

i'll write a ticket now too *hysterial laughter* but i dont expect to see my mastercrafter char anytime soon again..

✭I know it sounds cliche but make sure all addons are turned off on that character. I would also try going to island with one other character and maybe move some stuff around or stow a few furniture items there (don't leave him there of course). Then see if you can access the stuck character.
Other than that I'd just keep trying to log into the stuck character and alt f4 every time it hangs. That has worked for me in the past when I've had characters get stuck in infinite load screens.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭I haven't had any issues so far logging into my characters that were parked on the island. And I've placed my characters all about. I do apologize to hear that you're having issues though. If you don't mind me asking, what platform and server are you on? I'm on PS4-NA, by the way.0 -

He already tried this. I'm going to echo another poster; try turning off all addons, but add; reduce your video settings on the "island" character in an effort to get them logged in.
