bug jewellery enchantment alchemical acceleration does nothing at all

It says on the tool tip it reduces potion cooldown by 5 seconds per piece for potions below the items level. so I crafted 3 gold v16 glyphs and put them on my v16 agility jewellery then crafted v16 gold clever alchemist gear so imagine my disappointment to find that all this time and gold tempers etc was wasted as on testing with v15 weapon power pots the cool down remained exactly the same.

Alchemical Acceleration Enchantments only work on potions 5 levels or more below your current level. In your case, this would mean that you'll only see a benefit from the enchantment if you were drinking VR10 potions.

This didn't used to be a problem back when potions were VR5 at max, but now with VR15 potions... You get the idea.

thanks a lot but on testing with v10 potions still does nothing on both v15 and v10 potions the tooltip changes by 5 seconds per piece but the cooldown remains 45 seconds.

so I have seen 3 threads and numerous videos about this issue and still no fix or acknowlegement from zos. @ZOS_GinaBruno there are at least 3 threads on this issue can we get a response?

It's been a year with this being broken and no official comment?
