Mate, your OP was just as helpful as "k".

Was this person putting out any damage? Or where they 100% regeneration?

Did you see the potion animation every 5 seconds? If not, how do you know he was popping potions every 5 seconds?

Everyday we hear people complain hacks and exploits when they just don't understand mechanics, so when some ones suggests a StamNB had impossibly high regen whilst providing no context, no details, and no proof, we are skeptical as hell.

Yeah, I didn't even suggest that he was hacking, I posted this to get an explanation on how he was doing it.

And yes, he was putting out damage, tanking 5 people at once, dodge rolling constantly, popping vigor and going in and out of stealth/cloak.

Not sure if he was popping potions every 5 seconds, just seems like he was, since he was able to constantly get out of snares, roots and all other immobilizers.

There is also matter of set pieces what he had maybe that's allow him to have loads of Stan amor Stan regent depends on set , loads of people have plague doctor to have load hp that doesn't mean they hack !

Mag/stam regen drinks, well-fitted, tripots, on a NB with Siphoning Strikes, what seems to be the issue here?

There once was a newb in NA PC Azuras who cried in DC zone about some stam player being invisible but still attacking him (and nearby pugs) but they couldn't even hit him. He threw out all sorts of accusations of cheating, but it turns out the player was just using shuffle. Things can seem pretty weird when you think you know the game but actually don't.

Separate point, anyone who claims they were killed by macros in ESO is just very, very bad and they don't know how the game actually works.

It's possible he found a very high Regen centered build. Given the nature of the game, it is tough to see how much resources are left on your enemy.

Also nightblades have some beast Regen:
- a passive gives them an easy 15% regen on health/Stam/magicka.
- there's a passive that gives them 8% extra magicka for slotting a Siphoning ability.
- siphoning strikes let's them restore 999 magicka/Stam on light/heavy attacks. And then they have 10% proc chance on direct dmg attacks to get 1999 magicka/stamina. It's absurdly legal lol.

This doesn't consider sets like seducer's, or equally stamina centric sustain sets. Sorcs/NB are better at regen than Temp/DK.

Yo, man don't be hating on people going for the forums grind. Ten stars is a grind man.

Also FYI posts don't get you stars, the stars come from reactions, like all the awesome reactions people will give me for this post.

Don't forget the power of dodge roll, a skill player can at the same time dodge roll + cast an ability, you can kill someone or heal yourself while roll dodging everything, that's why when he is pressured, he roll and use vigor/rally and his HP go up again, shuffle don't help you too, he also adds to the combo cloak.

This. Look at pirate tatters set. I bet he is wood elf. Prob has were wolf on back bar. So that total of 51% stam Regen. His pirate tatters set is all in well fitted. His other set could be another Regen set. Yes it possible. But he should hit like a noodle. If he hits like a truck cheats are possible. Cheers.
