@ZOS_MattFiror , Please? It would give people who haven't tried the crates a chance to see what they are like and they would end up with gems that may inspire them to get more crates in the future. Also would minimize the negativity when servers go down.

    The negativity stems from people not understanding that the TOS doesn't even guarantee any service uptime.

    I have never bought any gambling boxes either, so free crates is my only chance at ever using them.

    Um, no. Not the least bit interested in crates. Crates seemed like a gimmick when they were introduced and still do. Have not bought any and don't plan to. Now, extend my ESO Plus by a certain amount, then yes I am interested. Provide me with some crowns, that would be fine also. Occasional down time is understandable and even expected. However, what has been happening lately is getting pretty hard to accept. For the first time my wife and I (we are both ESO Plus members) are talking about finding another game to spend our money and time on.
