12 characters with purchased bag upgrades (up to 140 each character) = 1,680 slots
Mount bag space upgrades (12 mounts x 60) = 720 slots
Personal bank space (with upgrades) = 240 slots
Total: 2,640
Personal Guild Banks = 500 slots each (up to 2,500); limit of 5 guild banks
If a player doesn't have any personal guild banks, we're still approaching 2,700 inventory slots ... not including the crafting bags or stacked inventory.
So, the first question for any player feeling constricted on inventory ... have you hit 2,640 character and bank slots yet? This is a game, and most of us pay to be here. With the RNG as it is in this game, it is NOT a problem on the user end.
I disagree ... like most of the other forum-goers in this thread. If you can't manage what you have in 2,600+ inventory slots that's your own fault.
Come on ZOS! What's the deal with being so lacking in storage options in game? What is the justification for forcing players to fill up their player slots with mules? Why isn't there more bank space availability? Why isn't there more carrying capacity per toon availability? Why isn't there expandable storage options with the purchase of a home? Why isn't there a mule option for a character slot that can carry much more than a standard toon?
Why ZOS? Why?
Why don't we have more storage and inventory management options in ESO? What is the justification?
ZOS could be selling these options, and they would be eagerly purchased even if grossly over priced.....and we STILL don't have the option available even at an exorbitant cost. Why?
I need 1400 storage slots to clear my mules...and I don't save anything that isn't a prime trait or in my craft bag.
Apparently because a lot of people haven't maxed out their bank/inventory space
Whether directly or indirectly knowing it... ZOS has to have made a killing on selling extra character slots when One Tamriel hit...
I have a real hard time parting with loot... especially if I think I might use it in the future... this has lead me down the path of purchasing more bag space... bank space... AND... every available character slot.
If only housing has closets that you could put all your gear in... THEN... I'd have myself a house... till then... don't care about housing.

If i didn`t buy all dlcs with crowns before and if they didn`t announce morrowind buyable only with cash it might be worth it, but for me paying 15$ a month just for extra bag is just too crazy...

This is the situation ZOS created when they made all dungeon items bind on pickup. This is the problem ZOS should solve, even if it means selling us what we need; we ill buy it at very high prices at this point. That's why I don't understand the hold up. They've got us to the point we will pay almost anything for the fix, and they still don't make it available to us.
I have not maxed it out yet, eso+ so don't have an need, I also have an bank alt from before who I uses to store reserve sets and fun stuff.

Same reason there's only 8 character slots and 4 classes with 2 build types (magic/stamina). So you buy eso plus and more slots. 5th class with morrowind but your not gonna see a character slot increase with it. They want your money and care not of your more than reasonable request for more inventory slots. They've been adding too the game since launch but there's been 0 bag or bank space increases. Call the dirty (I know i do) but you have too admit there smart with there business tactics.
Sure, I'm going to just go and buy that BoP loot.Kneighbors wrote: »Just for the record, 6 characters cp510 + 1 mule, bank space 240 and on every char aprox 130-180.
I don't have any bag space problems. Pour it on me ZoS. More motifs. More furniture. I want more. I sell all that homestead junk. I sell all motifs. In this game it's easier to use money.
Actually it's stupid to keep something for later use. 99% of items become cheaper with time. So sell it today and buy it tommorow when you need it, you will get extra money.

Yes around 750K so its not money an causal player have.PelinalWhitestrake wrote: »

Any Inventory issue faults really do lie at the feet of the user. 200 bank space and 200 inventory space; that's a lot of capacity. If we can't work within those boundaries we've no one to blame but ourselves.
Inventory issues are not the problems they use to be in the past. Players really need to stop blaming ZoS for everything and take some responsibility.
Holding a mere two stacks of every crafting material needed to do crafting writs and recipes at level 50 is easily enough to fill up a fully upgraded bank on this game (240). And that is excluding lower tier crafting materials. So good luck holding on to extra materials in case a lower-level friend needs something made. And this is not even including gear - which can complicate this problem another tend-fold.
So unless you are a subscriber on this game and have access to the crafting bag to supplement your inventory - this game simply does not give you the necessary storage capacity to effectively manage your inventory. So I wouldn't blame the user. I would even go so far as to say this game seems intentionally designed that way to encourage more subscribers.
A lot of it's not so much, "I need to have this," but it's more like, "I don't need this now, but I might need it down the road, and it's a BoP item that's really hard to come by, so I should keep it just in case." The set hoarding largely comes from a player's fear of getting rid of an item that they'll want later, and replacing it would require putting themselves through numerous runs of a dungeon that they've already done numerous times trying to find something else. It comes from terrible RNG and the inability to trade some of the best items in the game.Stopnaggin wrote: »KennyFknPowers wrote: »The reason of that is to force you to subscribe to eso+ and use crafting bag, which is super convenient and make all your inventory issues go away by the way.

Out of curiosity why do you need to keep all that extra stuff?
