I noticed there were Dark brotherhood banners to buy from the achivement vendor. I -love- that. But I would also love to be able to buy Thieve guild ones aswell! I could only find Iron Wheel and Abah's landing ones

✭Yeah, I was super bummed too that we couldn't get a Thieves Guild Banner at all.
All major factions in standard TES games, and also several minor factions have banners in their approbiate style, yet the Thieves Guild doesn't have at all.

✭You can buy Thieves Guild banner. It is sold by merchant in the Outlaws Refuge. It is called Outlaw Banner, requires rank 20 Legerdemain and has a cost of 5000 gold. You may also look at Faded Fence Banner that is sold by the same merchant.The Three Storm Sharks, episode 8 released on january the 8th.
