Whats up with the phrase "exposed"?

Last time I lost a duel I was told that they "bagged the **** outta" me, even though I was lvl19 at the time. I had to think about it for a bit but I guess they meant they packed me up?

I believe the phrase came from where a streamer would have a player sniping him to try and get an easy pick off or gain advantage in some other way. Then the streamer will set him up by expecting the gank or whatever the game is and come out on top. The offender is then 'exposed' as being a stream sniper. But with all these new fads the term is over used and made painful to hear by all the twands that think they are so 'lit'!

Naw it's been around in PvP before this, just with dueling its now getting around to PvErs who haven't hit the pro channel yet.
Originally used when;

'Exposing' emperors as bad players.
'Exposing' PvP noobs with 561 CP. (ie: strait PvE grind players)
'Exposing' BS templars & super sustain tanks by winning 1v1.
'Exposing' 1vXrs by winning 1v1 or reverse 1vX.
'Exposing' 1vXrs by having them kite 1 person.
'Exposing' Certain named Zerg leaders as just zergers when cought up out their zerg.
'Exposing' The 3vX squad in a 1v3.
'Exposing' the fatal flaw in someones build. Like running a whole server of reflects, negates & eclipses against a magic sorc emperor.
'Exposing' an alliance/guild when gating them in a 5v20.
'Exposing' an alliance when taking a campaign from gates to emperor in a zero vs. 3 bar dethrone.
'Exposing' fail AP farmers, when no one shows up.
'Exposing' fail AP farmers, when they get wiped more then their enemy.

Used in conjunction with "get cliped" it was also used to threaten exposure on youtube, of top players.

Mainly it's just extra trash talk. But now it's loosing it's meaning as real noobs are getting exposed as noobs which is kinda redundant...
Don't take it personally unless your fully golded out & getting shut down by like a 264.
If so get exposed.
