I have 15 million gold already saved up and about 4,000 legandery mats for master writs. I'm all set for the housing aspect. My big thing right now is learning traits on all 20 of my characters. It's a very boring and aggravating task that after I'm done I find myself not even wanting to play for the rest of the night. But it's got to be done. I want those master writs!

Holy moly! And I though I did well with 2mill+ gold and half a stack of tempers

I'll buy the small home, place a candle in it and move on to farming mats for housing. Big big payday ahead!

What do you think the price on gold upgrade mats will do?
Less gold in game = lower price? Or you think demand will prevail and price will rise?
As far as what I will do? Pretty much the same I currently am. I have enough gold to buy mansion and furniture but will be waiting to see crown store prices before making decisions.
Doing nothing differently.
I can afford the price tag of the Count title outright, but I have no intention of buying any of the manors, let alone all three. The cost and grind of the furnishings and the fact that they don't provide the one thing I want most--storage--means I don't really care about housing.
I'll buy a modest home, throw in a practice dummy, and call it a day--so there's not much for me to prepare for.
Homestead is launching on my birthday.... and I have the day off from work. I approve.

Change your day off to the day after launch day, you can trust this one about that. Launch day for a major ESO update usually devolves into 15 - 20 hours of frustrating hell while we wait for the patch to download, the game to start and then lag/crash for the first few hours, then the hot fix patch, the restart, etc, etc. Count on the game actually being playable 1 to 2 days after the update. Sorry for being pessimistic, but this one has endured this pattern for close to 3 years now and can see no reason why it would change with this update.
