For the past three days I have been getting this message. I can't log in at all. My internet works fine, other games work fine online. Is anyone else having this issue?

jkolb2030✭✭✭This was happening to me, and I could not understand why.. I had my laptop on the internet and my phone on the wifi and they both worked fine.. other online games worked fine too...
My solution was to stop running my laptop on the interwebs or streaming music while i was playing ESO.. Apparently ESO doesn't like competing for the internet..
Ever since, it's been fine.. Still annoying I cant use Spotify while grinding tho..0 -

What version on the game are you trying to run (Gold, Imperial, Ect.), & are you trying to link a PC account because the time for that has long expired.0 -

SolarCat02✭✭✭✭✭I had this issue pop up on Saturday and was only able to clear it by completely rebooting the Xbox. I also waited an hour before trying to log in, but I don't know if that helped anything or not.
I don't know what caused it. One moment I was in Rawl'ka dying the new Sabatons I picked up for my tank, then the BZZZZZZZZZ! crash, and then I couldn't log in to my account to even get to the character select screen. Throughout it all, my husband was playing ESO on the other Xbox without any interruptions. Both boxes use their own hardwire connections directly into the router, and were only running ESO.
Good luck in resolving this.Why be normal when you can be better?

This started for me on Saturday for me, like the guy above me. Out of nowhere, crash to home screen. Then periodically from that point on I get this error when trying to log in.
Also since then seems like there's a memory leak (if there is such thing on Xbox), or something going on which causes me to reset my Xbox and control the urge to clear my cache like once an hour. Whatever it is, it feels like the old memory leaks on older pc games that happened on every other patch.0 -

One way to make sure, you can factory reset your xbox one (BUT KEEP GAMES AND APPS)
