✭✭@gibous once predicted that interior designers will become profitable after Homestead goes live. Pay a guy some gold to come to your home and decorate it to you, with his own homes and screenshots of past clients' as references. Designers with crafting resources and expertise will have a corner on this market.
Second good I've ever seen in this game which isn't subject to perfect competition (isn't identical to the next guy's goods), the first being crafting leveling kits.

Phaius✭✭✭Recently I "started over" with the Serenity Falls Estate which I might actually buy once Homestead goes live instead of the Strident Springs Demesne. I'm liking the flatter main garden area and the smaller terraced parts. It's also less awkward to design a garden for and calls for less formality (so, no needing garden bed borders). I've mostly done the gardens, but I've been playing with a small outdoor seating area (especially for copies of completed lore volumes):

I just used the crownstore items. I am sure there is better ones from crafting. As sadles are hard to work with. I'll make a bigger cave later for sure. Just hope they raise the item limit. Could spend 1000s of items just making gardens and caves. I put my goat up there on the top left of the mountain too. No he didnt want to glow his eyes. Mine were just there. Probably came in a goodie bag you get with the PTS when you make a new high level character.Favourite NPC: Wine-For-All
