My imported main from live didn't have anything in his inventory, but a totally new max level/champion point character did. Incognitius✭✭✭✭✭I was a bit peeved that the House of Silent Magnifico didn't come with a furnishable roof, and the Twin Arches's roof was inaccessible. Even though those roof terraces are the selling point of Redguard housing.
Which is why I made a stable with roof terrace for Twin Arches. Nothing much, but it does come with a view!
Edit: Forgot to mention that I had also added a Redguard curtain, but this disappeared when I went out of the house to get some other furnishings. It never appeared in my inventory or in my retrievables. I love the detail of blocking out the windows! I've been debating where my vampire would live, thinking he'll want somewhere without windows but I hadn't thought of doing that.

✭So, one of the biggest downsides to the Ebonheart Chateau, imo, is that it doesn't come with any distinct rooms on the upper floor.
So, using mostly orcish platforms and rugs, I decided to try making some.

Done decorating Twin Arches and reached the cap of 200 items quite easily. Thank all of you who posted videos and pictures, that inspired me to decorate.
Unfortunately, the lighting bug seems to be affecting this house for me as well. ;_; It's already dark because it's nighttime, but the bug really ain't helping.
Another challenge was to add all crafting stations and the dye stations. (Why can't the Redguard BBQ be used as a cooking station! ._. )
I took quite a lot of screenshots so that I may recreate it in the future, so one free screenie, and for the rest I'll be using a spoiler tag.

Now some pics from a house I've worked on after the EU characters were copied over.
The house is Grymharth's Woe, a nord style Medium home in Windhelm. I liked this house a fair bit, despite that it doesn't have a yard of any kind. And this is what I have made of it

As Grymharth's didn't had a outdoor area, I ended up making the other room upstairs, into a dedicated Crafting area:
And in lack of a garden, I made some flower arrangements instead
