I'm sorry, but this is an extremely classless and dodgy excuse.

I don't mind the high price tag. That is my decision to make. What I *do* mind is being misled. When almost every single mount has the option to hide or display riding skill upgrades, logic dictates that the most expensive of them all would at the very least have the same options. One would even dare to assume that it would have *even more* options than the cheaper ones.

I bought it and do like it, but had I known this, I would have been able to put in considerably more thought in before buying it, and would have been able to form a better, more well informed decision. For shame, ZOS, for shame.

for the price i expected two things, that all the options previously available, would be available, and that it would it prance, i will be asking for a refund, i feel misled.

Alliance War Horse has no options for upgrade display

To be fair, the alliance war horse already has a lot going on visually, plus updates based on the alliance of the character using it. Basically it's three horses for the price of one.

I've been waiting for this Elk but when I see it's 4500 crowns it makes me pause.

I can live with the saddle bags as I don't turn any of that off normally anyway.

They should have told us this before you buy it like the alliance war outfit you can't dye it but we were told all costumes for now on will be dyeable.

I wasnt going to say more than i already did 2 pages ago but i will channel my disappointment so ZOS can have a feedback because that is one more opinion that they can base on future decisions.

We are talking about aesthetics (not p2w because in that scenario i wasnt here talking in the first place) BUT it is something really important that motivates players to play for more hours, or determines some others who exit the game.

I really love ESO and have a lot and lot and LOT of hours invested in it since something like 80% of my recreation time goes for it... but i am becoming really annoyed with these small disappointments to the point where i feel that housing will be a decisive move from you...
I have lot of crowns because i bought them (when they were cheaper) in the hope of buying a *special* house with crowns and a pair of cool mounts... but if you continue to rise the prices at this insane level i will unfortunately have to think about remaining at the game.

I do not criticize the combat balance because i think thats an evolving matter and based on "political" decisions as i do not criticize game balance, because it is fantastic imo, so many many things to do in PVE and when i get tired of it, i will go to PVP for a pair of months. I will not criticize game mechanics nor map designs because all of them have a brutal and stupendous work on it...
But i will criticize mount prices because they are SKINS (even if they are a little more complex than that) and although aesthetical items that do not change the gameplay ... they are really important for me because they are the small details which makes things count!

I do not criticize prices in general (although they have different values between players and countries) ...as price subscriptions, crowns, DLC´s, utility items like the assistants (which are 5.000 crowns too), even crown crates ...

Sorry for the long text, it is ZOS focused, but as a last note i want to say that i respect every players opinion, some of them think the price is fair, some others think like me ... but i thought this was a good timing to share mine

I saw quite a few of the elk's being ridden around today while I was playing. I did notice that they do not blink their eyes. I'm not sure if that is intentional or an oversight.

The price tag is too much for my liking so I won't be buying one but I do think that they look majestic. Very nice!

Crown Crates already proved that no, you don't take our feedback into consideration.

Many of the mounts do not blink, horses included, so I imagine it is working as intended.

I think the mount looks great. The sounds are good. Like the animations, especially the jumping. The lack of upgrades doesn't bother me because every mount doesn't need one. The price though is way too high.

Oh ok I was not aware. I noticed that a few mounts that I was previewing in the store did blink such as the wolf so that's why I mentioned it. I'm new to the game and learning. Thanks for letting me know.

Agree with OP here.

I don't have a problem with them charging the price they want. I don't have to pay it.

I do have a problem with them adding limitations to what customers have come to expect. In this case, every other mount (from what I've read) has had the option to hide certain features.

Start adding disclaimers or you can expect more customers to lose faith in your company.
