This is absolutely not the complaint expressed in this thread.
The complaint is not the price, the complaint is that in spite of the high price, the mount does not have options that are expected since all the other (and, by the way, cheaper) mounts are endowed with it.
The complaint is not the presence of a disliked feature, the complaint is the lack of three appreciated features (the upgrade toggles).
Nobody in this thread asked for the elk to be free - and if the OP wanted it for free, I guess they wouldn't have bought it in the first place.

The only reason you were able to check the forum and find out before you bought is because other people HAD to be the first to buy it. Rather than giving a people a hard time about not looking into it before they bought it, maybe thank them for finding out for you so you could make your so well-informed decision.

I did alright by doing exactly that. There's like 7 threads on the offending saddle pouches (as shown on preview and various images) now so I don't see anyone else making the mistake of not researching properly before buying.PC EU0 -

Bisenberger96✭✭✭ZOS is able to refund crown store mounts/pets. I've asked them to do it before. Just tell customer support you're not satisfied and would like your crowns back and mount revoked, and while you're at it, *politely* explain to them why this mount should not be priced nearly as high as it is.6

My advice for buying mounts (or basically anything in the crown store): Check it out on the PTS first, especially if it's something expensive. I thought about buying the camel, but after I tested it on PTS I decided otherwise.5
