Cyrodiil Kill Quests

Hey,

Why do some of these quests are way harder to do than others? During prime time you can do a "Kill 20 Enemy Nightblades" in 5 minutes, but the "Kill 20 Enemy Dragonknights" takes around 5 hours?

1) More nightblades in cyrodiil
2) DK's generally tanks, whereas nightblades are predominately squishy once out of stealth
3) DK's shine in groups, so harder to killm whereas generally NB's shine solo (unless magicka)
