This poll is to gauge the priorities of the community in regards to performance/bugs and new content. Seems especially timely given the weird maintenances and downtimes we have experienced.

✭✭✭✭✭The team for development and fixing are different. Also majority of the things coming was finished before an year. ZOS is simply holding the content back so they can concentrate on making stuff for crown crates.12 -

Maybe there is some unhelpful rage on the forums, but there are issues that need a fix. I'm not sure I want a long delay without content to achieve it though. 9 months without a new zone is too long already, so I should have voted for 'wanting cake and eating it.'#1 tip (Re)check your graphics settings periodically - especially resolution.0 -

However chances are that alot of the "new content" is already finished for the most part (No idea if that's true but it's possible and there's nothing wrong with that).
There is a chance that the team for development and fixing are different but that's part of the problem then maybe.
We don't need new content if it breaks stuff at random it doesn't enhance my experience personally.

The question is moot, however, as there are different specialisms involved in server maintenance and content provision so there's nothing to be gained by stopping one in favour of the other.1 -

People forget what a mess WoW was on launch. As in, completely forget. They also frequently don't realize that WoW is the exception in a lot of ways. Not, they fix their problems when they come up so that's why their successful, rather it's they're disproportionately successful, so they can afford to run a separate team for fixes, and can pay them to fix it on the spot, rather than having to reassign people.
Their ability to fix things does help their numbers, but not enough to justify it for others. It is a luxury most devs cannot afford. Including ZOS.3 -

This is one of the few MMOs I have ever played that doesnt seem to have an ingame staff member to help fix issues and then report them back to the Devs.0 -

Not necessarily, they could just delay the content they have already, work on ficing the ge then release the content when the game is working. I highly doubt it's the same teams anyway. But I would rather have a smooth game the new content that is unplayable.0 -

For whatever reason @Wrobel @ZOS_RichLambert and @ZOS_BrianWheeler don't believe in hotfixing anything ever. So perhaps if they dedicate an entire quarter to fixing bugs, fixing broken skills and working on better performance all across the board this game will become playable again.
As it stands PvE has latency issues, PvP is completely unplayable during prime time, there is literally no balance between magicka and stamina and the amount of broken skills is horrendous.
Spend the time to give us the game you promised. Enough is enough. No one wants more broken content, we want the content we already enjoy to be playable.1 -

I've been debating dropping the sub because I'm literally at my wit's end with these bugs and the broken gameplay. Would gladly push back content to get this *** sorted out. Stuff like 10 minute load screens in Cyrodiil have been around for over 2 years. It's completely unacceptable and I'd have been fired from my job if I put out such low quality product.1
