Stamina has fewer skills which cost Stamina so they have more weapons. Magicka has fewer weapons because more skills are Magicka.
...[A]ll builds have to trade damage for sustain and vice versa, but heavy attacks are not the only option for sustain.
Finally not all Magicka builds use Destro, some elect to use DW for raw damage in both PVE and PVP, and others 1H&S for defensive utility in PVP.
Destro is both a ranged and melee weapon rolled into one.
But seriously they need to increase the amount of abilities you can slot, even if just by 1. Cause I wouldn't be able to fit this on my bar rn
Still do it.

That's why Stamina players, for the most part, play very similar builds - because they have such little representation when it comes to class abilities. In the perfect ESO world, unmorphed class abilities would scale off of your largest resource (Magicka or Stamina) and when you morph the ability, you would choose the Stamina morph or Magicka morph according to which style you play. This would allow Stamina users to play their class more than playing their weapon.
So I do not support Stamina users having fewer skills, nor do I support Magicka users having only one DPS weapon.

Heavy Attack/Ability canceling has helped me sustain on my Stamina builds and I relied on it. And because heavy attacking with close-ranged weapons is much quicker than heavy attacking with Destro, I am able to sustain better because I am getting resources back quicker. It's what allowed me to defeat a lot of dungeons, trials, and succeed in many tough PvP scenarios.

It's meant to be used from a distance. Hence, why you can use all of its (Destro Staff) abilities while not being within melee-range of your opponent. Nice try.
