When I first started playing it was marketed sub only with free dlc, point I'm making is this game change a lot in 2.5 years and will keep changing but it's still the same game at the end of the day

The base game, absolutely. But for someone like myself who RP's I can no longer play that way. The main selling point, for me, has been taken away.

May I ask how come?
I RP with a couple of different RP guilds, and I can still RP??

Until then I will enjoy the game, because when I am in the game I don't think about crates. I do have the advantage of not having seen everything yet. I've got mudcrabs to fry and skeevers to slice.
Also really looking forward to housing.
I'm excited for housing to but I wonder if they will put the real fancy houses inside these scram crates? For those like myself who do not have a wealthy income of in game gold.
Well give them ideas! lol
I can see stuff for the houses ending up in the store and the crates... crafting motifs for special furniture even. The houses themselves ... well never say never but I would think it less likely.

Creating my toon how I want depends on being able to buy certain outfits, mounts and accessories to fit certain events. A lot of these items are going to be in crates now. So I have to change the way I play.

Nice, but that mount should not even be in there, The clouded senche leopard mount was suposed to be a special reward for players who had subscribed over a certain period of time, it was suposed to be specifically for that.
Now anybody can get it !!

Actually, if you read the webiste you will see that the crown store show case is already up and none of those itens are inside the Crown Crates.
Yeah, there are some exclusives mounts and mementos inside the crown crates but I think that is very childish and shallow to say "I have to change the way I play" because a small amount of itens are purchaseable via crown crates. You can still buy them, but you will need to buy the crown crates and praise the RNG overlords.
I was lucky after 5 crates. Looks cool.
First, it is a normal Atronach wolf. Then when you push A, he howls and the thunder strikes and he will sparkle for a few moments.

I am tempted to buy more as wellI was quite lucky with the wolf, but I think the Atronach Senche is the coolest.
I have to fix my online banking (I messed up the PIN 3 times) and then I buy more crowns.

Oh khajiit is just as she always was yes. The ears and paws and tail all remain. The grubby pale fur is still full of small pets.
Just that sometimes this one if she quotes the song lyrics or the patch notes and they are not written as this one would write them then this one she must stick to the original text yes.
And khajiit she can speak with many voices. This one she is not just a one dimensional drunk and thief - no sometimes this one she also likes to eat too much also.

Khajiit will not buy. However for those who wish to buy this one would advise to hold off and see what the drop rates are over a longer period of time. The first hour of the cratemeld is not a good time in which to make a judgement as to if it is wise to hand over your life savings to Pacrooti.
Even so please bear in mind they can change the drop rates whenever they wish.
You purchase with entirely unknown odds.
