BNow that we can all go anywhere do I have to be in my old Hiome Alliance to perform this pledge or can I do it anywhere in the Tamriel World providing I am at an appropriate shrine of course?

✭I got my Vamp bite at the EP shrine but had to go back to AD shrine to do the quest.
If there is a quest you have to do after the shrine, you'll probably have to go to home shrine.PvP Defensive Set Comparison
