I was messing around with Selene's in duels with friends.... It's alright. It hits like a truck, but proc chance is pretty low. It also has a significant delay between proccing and dmg occurring. I'm not sure if it can be dodged, but during a duel I proc'd Selene off an incap (so target was CC'd) but they managed to break free AND drop their soul tether ult (and killed me) before Selene did damage. Admittedly my standard 300 ping would have contributed to that (sometimes people break free before incap even animates of my screen), but Selene's proc/dmg delay does not go well with less then optimal internet.PvP Defensive Set Comparison

My mismatched blue and purple jewelry is driving me bonkers, and I've yet to find a group who can complete veteran trials.
That was a time when there was no Magicka and Stamina, ZOS decided to separate the 2 in 1.6 and have forever favoured stamina since, trying to make it stronger each patch. Stamina builds were balanced properly in Thieves Guild, now they've been overbuffed excessively.
Dresses and sticks was favoured on all classes, sword and shield and resto were the strongest weapons but that had nothing to do with how much mag and Stam you had, everyone put everything into health.PC EU7 -

One of the reasons why stamina is so OP now is because stamina users complained so much back in the 1.0 to 1.5 days.
Now those whingers are all gone and the game is a hot mess.Unsubbed and no longer playing, but still checking the Alliance War forum for the lulz.

WB used to have like a 2 sec cast timer on it. That and the immovable nerf was an indirect buff to WB. For DKs specifically, stampede nerf ruined class synergy with stam since stampede>ardent flame ability for passive snare>dps>execute was standard "I win" against sorcs--considering most didnt know how to shield stack and/or counter 1 of the 3 stam DKs that were playing at the time. The stampede nerf also was an indirect buff to WB as it further limited class-specific alternatives for stam builds,which are sorely needed to balance Stam.
