PLEASE fix Viper

I don't know if it's a recap bug or what, but I'm receiving double procs from the same person in a row. Now there's no way it was over 8 seconds (a chance to give it two procs) because I was getting hammered by multiple people.
Why am I taking 9,454 damage from a *** proc set in a second?

Reposting this from a while ago, proc sets are indeed out of control, 12k from a single light attack.

ZOS forbid we sell pcs like this among players because they want us to "Do the content" or just buy gold jewelry from a vendor for AP/gold.

Just had the same...Viper proc on recap was most damage and I died in like two seconds.

It is bugged.

Logging out seemed to fix it.

not only viper is bugged

and here refering hom much skill you need while you have powerful proc sets no needed any skill to kill

only to think how many other players have bad by this and they just dont say anything about it
