My motivation for asking this is kind of selfish, for the 3 sets I'm looking for, I have yet to find waist or legs for any of them. Two sets are dungeon sets so no special drop conditions (right? Vet Blessed, so no 1 or 2), the other set is from world bosses in Deshaan and the legs refuse to drop (and I've scoured many guild traders).

Would be super interested to know how everyone else is doing, how my luck stacks up.
