    The short cooldown makes this set great for non-DK PvE tanks, which I suspect is who they intended this set for. I'm not sure if they had fully considered its use in PvP.

    That having been said, I used my magblade to duel someone who was using this set, and there are a number of mitigating factors:
    • Each pull grants you CC immunity, and you can't be pulled again until that immunity wears off. It also means that if you're pulled in, they can't use another CC on you.
    • It requires that the person using the set is blocking, so they can damage you while you're at range only via ranged blockcastable abilities, and it reduces their mobility considerably.
    • You can blockcast your ranged abilities and avoid getting pulled.
    • Immovability potions are the bane of this set. I pop a pot, and laugh as I pelt them from range while they figure out what to do.
    • Specifically for sorcs: If I see a sorc hide behind mines even though I'm ranging them, then it's a dead giveaway that they're going to try to use this set on me. I either pop a pot or blockcast my Funnels.

    Honestly, it's fine. The only time it's really an issue is when you're not expecting it--i.e., the first time you're pulled in. Once you know someone is running this set, it's very easy to counter.

    ZOS's strategy seems to be to produce more and more bop 2 piece set items which become more and more powerful every content patch.5 piece boni of pvp sets are crap compared to this. so you have to grind pve to get this if you don't want to wait for finding it at the rng pvp traider within half an year.

    You've got a great counter to this as a magblade. Your ranged shade whom you can swap places with. Probably the only class that won't have to worry aboot this set, imo.

    That's not very practical. For one, then range of the teleport is a lot shorter than the range a magblade can attack from. So if you cast shade at a target more than 15m away, then funnel him, you are going to be pulled and won't be able to teleport back.

    Then, the teleport only works once, so even if you are fighting from within the 15m teleport range, you would have to recast the shade every 2 seconds to be able to keep teleporting away. Worst case would be shade -> funnel -> teleport -> shade -> funnel -> teleport. Only 1/3 of your actions is spent on doing damage, that DPS will be awful.

    If you get pulled into a minefield, your ghost might be able to teleport back to the shade.

    The pull gives you cc immunity so you have 6 seconds not 2. You can also use immov pots or block cast funnel to stop the pull.

    So....I have a question?

    Can you be pulled to the top of an outpost or the top of keeps walls with this Monster set?

    Like..for example...if I throw a Javelin at someone wearing this set, will it pull me up top? And if so, will the Monster helm wearer get banned for exploiting me into a keep? The same as I would if I used a charge ability to exploit up there?

    Or...can a guild member hop onto an opposing faction toon and pull me inside a keep? That way I won't have to seige the walls down?

    Of course I would never do this. And I haven't tested this set. So maybe none of this works. Does anyone know?
