It triggers from blocking an attack that comes from someone farther than 5m away from you. Doesn't matter whether the attack is a projectile or not, it just needs to be blockable.
I expect it to be able for example pull a sorc to you when you step on his mine while holding block. Probably not pull a ballista operator, since siege damage cannot be blocked.
Also curious about max range of the pull, since the tooltip does not mention any. Another interesting question is whether the set respects limitations put on DK chains, or whether it can pull ppl off keep walls etc.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭For Sorcs alone, I would hope that there is some way to counter this. Break it during the pull, be able to cast shield during the pull, or something. I'm not wild about being pulled helplessly into a Dawnbreaker either (and yes, DKs can do this already but chains are so hit or miss that it almost never happens).
One thing in favor of this set, at least it procs no damage on it's own, just potential. I'd take a dozen of these sets that proc potential to kill over the sets that cause huge burst damage with no effort.0 -

Holding block yourself will likely prevent the pull, as will having CC immunity running.

There is nothing you can do during the pull. It is like the boss pulls.0
