Finally I was able to show proof that mistform is broken and stuns are able to go through... The skill tooltips reads as follows: "Grants you major expedition, increases your movement speed by 30% for 4 seconds...Also removes and grants you immunity to ALL crowd control and immobilization effects WHILE active."
That sure sounds contrary to what I recorded in the video below... I was not moving 30% faster... and I was repeatedly snared and rooted.

✭✭✭✭✭I didnt see any roots, but i did see gapclosersnares. Those snares are immune to purges/immunities so that the zerg wont have to work hard to catch and kill you. Its intended, zos want people to zerg up and lagg the server.

✭Keep in mind you move 30% faster then your walking speed, so won't be going as fast as someone running.
But yeah, still looks like the gap closer snare was still applying + that stun at the end.

There isn't anything to fix, really. They either accept that targets can try to run even when someone uses a gapcloser on them or not.

The penalty (no magicka regen) is still there. But if you play in heavy armor or even you use Black rose set you can be in mist form for ever if somebody is attacking you.Because I can!0 -

It's a terrible mechanic and basically a death sentence when attempting to kite. They should remove the snare applied, it doesn't make sense to have just because you may end up 3 feet away from your enemy instead of on top of them.mDK will rise again.

You could be taloned by DK - this was the counter play.

LoS fixes gap closers, not completely but enough to split numbers.Old mist form had these characteristics.
You could not be targeted unless you were tab targeted before going into mist form.

But there was no gap close mini-snare, so you could actually get away.
