basically what it says... The patch notes are up and have been for a while, IT's 96 MB... I would think it's already at Q&A.. can someone tell us about how long before its gonna be opened to patch. @ZOS_GinaBruno please

I'm at work and cannot play. Usually I cant play every day so much because of many real life problems.
I just don't understand why we have so long maintenances ..without any news from ZOS.
Cmon, over 7 hours to implement a 96 MB patch?
We must be informed with the current state of any maintenance ...like other devs do in other mmos.
People want to know....

There has been a "technical issue" EVERY SINGLE maintenance for the last month with extensions that take away a game day for the EU players.....
Ever since you pulled EU and US servers together these "technical issues" has been there every single time.18 -
