    There's no vault menu in workshop mode at any of my settlements. Completed the quests, no mods and deleted all my save data/reinstalled. I pretty much can't use the DLC :neutral: Contacted Bethesda and Zenimax in every way I can think of and had no response. Would contact Pete Hines but he was a little sassy last time I spoke to him :tired_face:

    I've given up and put ESO back on for now.

    To remain on topic: it's pretty terrible there's not been any acknowledgement for ZOS about this. Especially since so many of us waited 2 years to buy it!

    Got a refund. This is rediculous

    Tried to buy something hing nice but the preview doesn't let me move the camera or my char.

    Had I know the cape was legs I'd never considered it.

    +1 to this thread, mind you, I might have commented before. But I would kill for a refund for mine... it radically and absolutely changes my characters body shape too, really honing in the senses to notice those terrible textures and poor clipping issues. Worst outfit I have ever seen on their store, and it's supposed to be one of their best, iconic even!

    Make sure you completely finished the questline, including all four experiments. If you did, then, yeah, it's a bug. Otherwise you don't get those pieces until you've tested all the prototypes.

    And now to getting slapped around for going off topic. :p

    New costumes on sale today. Nice they completely ignored this discussion and released more new costumes into the store. I think we know where their priorities lay...I wonder if these new ones work properly. ;)

    hAHA!! :) The cosplayer costume is SO good, it looks NOTHING like that poor outfit we were offered.

    I really really think ZOS staff should acknowledge they made a "mistake" and release a proper costume. It wouldn't be a big deal for them to make this, and it would mean a lot to the community and all role-players out there.

    Bumping because Zenimax should really consider responding-when-convenient isn't how you build customer trust.

    Let's analyze:

    One question is cut and dry and the community relations employees like Gina can easily reply without fearing any sort of consequence, it's just too cut and dry.

    The second one, well, they cannot simply answer because this has to get relayed to the actual team, it needs to be discussed, and a consensus needs to be reached, then the community relations team can actual post a response.

    However, the complete silence just shows a lack of a process that exists on their end. It may be because the CR has no set process defined they can take. They could relay this in an email, managers can decide if it gets prioritized in a meeting or it doesn't. This is why the employees on the forums probably can't even say a word about it, because they themselves don't even know if it will get attention higher up, and the moment they say anything it's now a promise they could get held accountable for, which will very likely get them in trouble because it forced something to get prioritized when it normally wouldn't if they stayed quiet (e.g this whole debacle).

    Any way you cut the the end result is the same, it sours customer relations. People sit on the forums, very upset, the employees who read this have their hands tied, and noone benefits. I really think ZOS should really take a step back and look at how to handle customer concern for these types of issues.

    Glad to see this thread is still alive and well, the costume definitely needs reworking and it is the clearest prompter yet that they really need to figure out clothing physics, making these static meshes and hoping people won't realise isn't going to work anymore.

    At this point I think the marketing and legal teams have put a gag order on any responses from ZOS. It is easier to never comment and let it go away than to admit this was an epic failure, leading to mass refund requests.

    I would as well. But i would also like them to make an awesome costume. If they cant make a cloak, dont make a cloakish thing that looks horrible. Leave it off. And before we say well everyone would have a fit because they want the cloak. They might. But they didnt get a cloak in this version either.
