Agreed. Nice little announcement, but till I get some details I am not holding my breath on what exactly he meant.
It sounds like they are going the GW2 approach with dynamically scaling content/events but I can't be sure.
Yeah it does. But till they tell us more in the coming months and what else is coming with it (housing, new pvp, FIXED pvp would also be nice) I'm not going to get to excited. I do hope it is cross platform or at least one day it will be.

especially how it relates to PVP.
I believe in context, PvP will remain scaled so I'd imagine that we pick sides to fight for which should allow us to change alliances in some ways. Prob a huge change to Cyrodil but again...all speculation cause nothing was said in any detail even if it's PvE or PvP or both

rip pvp content dreams
Disappointed, nothing about the next dlc.
Wonder if this means switching between Cyrodiil alliances will become the new system. I highly doubt it.

My main concern is that this is going to be the catalyst for phasing out the 3-faction PVP and moving it to Arenas.
"With One Tamriel all characters will be automatically leveled to the content in the world. Allowing them to freely group with anyone they want and also to explore the vast world of Tamriel with no level restrictions. This means, all content barriers are gone and there's no restrictions on alliances or questing. From the moment you get out of the tutorial, the entire game world is open for you to explorte freely. You can go wherever you want and play with whoever you want. Coming this Fall."

This means Cyrodiil will become the PvE zone so many have wanted. Large scale Pvp is going to be removed and we will get the small scale stuff instead.

-after tutorial, no faction limitations
-limited content restrictions
COMING this fall

Cyrodiil will not be affected.
It is simply giving the same auto leveling that came in Orsinium to all the zones.

I personally do hope Cyrodil and IC become huge PvE zones but the battles should exist as dailies and such as PvE only.
If arenas come, they should break Cyrodil and IC I to very small sections so ppl can literally do campaigns every 30 mins -1 day.
I'd actually do that and think it'll be very fun
To be honest, i don't see how it benefits already active players with nearly maxed out toons... Looking for new customers vs keeping the repeat cuatomers is a legit business move for some games, just wasn't sure if it's a case for MMOs.
