It has not been fixed and there has been no word from ZOS , just swept under the rug with all of the other broken things. They just sink threads about this now as they have no intention of reverting it to what it was before Thieves Guild.

Nice to see confirmation of what we all knew but why is it in alliance war section? This bug is game wide. And it doesn't seem slower, it is slower.

You're correct in that it's not specific to PvP; just posted there since it was in a big compilation list that we were working through. Any update on this? My vampire is definitely slower in stealth than she should be at Stage 4.

There's a fix for Dark Stalker in today's patch apparently.

" Dark Stalker: Fixed an issue where this passive ability was reducing the Movement Speed penalty of Crouch by 50% instead of 100%. This ability’s tooltip has also been updated to better describe its bonuses."

This thread is about normal movement speed for everyone being nerfed from Thieves Guild update.

Thats true, but if People keep bringing up Something THAT annoying over and over again, it Might receive an answer.

Or never, but still gets fixed.

As Example I kept pointed out a bug concerning the Varen Legacy Set.
Didnt Receive an answer but it got fixed

So Short: They are unpredictable and we Should Never give up bringing up problems.

This is true, however there are many issues which are still in the game which I doubt will ever be fixed.

We also know ZOS does not like communicating.

Zenimax has already replied to this issue (months ago) in another thread. I doubt they'll give anything constructive to this thread.

Yup, 3 months ago. Still not fixed. I think its absolutely fine to ask for an official Answer on this Bug. Its been here long enough and its been aknowledged as a bug aswell.
So there is no logical reason to leave everyone in the dark with this.
