Honestly, you could at least tell us how long it will take approximately!
When I came home from work, I was eager to play, had to download 3GB and then the servers were offline… so no ESO for me today, that's VERY disappointing!

Toussaint it is beautiful yes.
A nice surprise is also in store if you have read the books. The return of an old friend
This ones only gripe is that the music is less Percival and more accordion (I know some people didn't like the use of Percival in the original game but it made the soundtrack for this one). Also this one found the NPC accents very strange at first but Khajiit soon got used to them.
There is much much to do - many many quests.
A nice little touch is also that in the graveyard where the friend lives all the stones can be examined and have names on them - I think of the dev team. As this one so much likes looking at tombstones when on her human alt it is always nice when the detail is put into the graveyards in places such as Toussaint. Always slightly frustrates this one that she cannot read the memorials in Tamriel.
In other words while our travel documents for the Gold Coast are being reviewed by the authorities then this one would recommend highly a trip to Tousaaint as a temporary alternative.

Someone here thinks they know all the legal ins and outs of a legal system. This one finds this most humourous. Go on enlighten us with exactly why a ToS is not enforceable. Bring in exact law to prove your point or go back to that pitiful cave this one avoids due to the stench it exudes.
BTW there is a reason most gaming companies do not lose lawsuits that are related to or are covered in some way by thier ToS.0 -

By the time the servers were going down, people were killing all NPCs in whole Golden Coast so it was quite troublesome trying to finish my assassin quest
