    well I do not consider changing my stam to mag - changing my build, gear, CP, everything..., I like stam, that is the thing...

    But you're an Altmer... magicka would be better for you anyway.

    But let's say you stick with stam. For PvE, 2H really wasn't very good to begin with. DW/bow is better for PvE--more damage, more AOE. Most people who spam the 2H wrecking blow are PvPers who use that skill specifically for the stun and knockback--but in PvE, that stun and knockback isn't very useful, and the raw damage output of DW/bow is better. That, and you need a lot more AOE in PvE, and 2H sucks at that.

    They need to make wrecking blow a knock back instead of giving it to dizzing swing; I could care-less about the empower as my character doesn't soley run around WB everything as a Stam DK. The deadliest thing about my character is heavy attack animation canceled poison injections not a WB.

    Most people use WB for the knock back not the empower so ZOS please give WB the knock back and dizzing swing the empower. You can even re-name it to 'Empowered Swing' or something like that (yes I suck at the name choice XD).

    Have you ever checked it out on PTS or raging because you think you got nerfed?

    So glad wrecking blow no longer knocks back. Hated chasing the target. Seems like the most stupid mechanic for a mele skill ever.

    Why is anyone complaining about moving the empower to dizzying instead of having it on wrecking blow. You can just do a skill morph reset, some people just complain for the sake of it.

    I've been running that Noxious Breath on my DW bar. The physical resistance reduction with Noxious Breath combined with the execution of steel tornado are a going to be thing to be reckoned with.

    Actually if you stop and think about it for a second. How would one tell the difference between Dizzy and WB? But if they are not paying attention they are gonna get steam rolled either way and one move will be more familiar then the other. I am curious to see how the swap will effect people. I would actually like not having the KB/Stun on one of the moves.

    OP if you are worried about your damage...maybe not play a stamina Altmer, maybe try Breton or Nord or Redguard or Bosmer

    Nobody really wants to factor in the physical defence CP tree either. Last patch wrecking blow needed this nerf but since TG dropped I've never had a problem. It was not previously a threat and now will be even less of one.

    Unfortunately, that doesn't make 2H competitive for PvE. Plus Steel tornado is far beyond Cleave and its morphs.

    Why would anyone care about a knock-back in PvE? Typically WB in PvE is only really used against bosses, and they have CC immunity anyway. Against Mobs, pointless as WB is a single-target attack... so unless you're just into the animation aspect, at which case just respec to Dizzy..

    So you're mad that they're making executioner deal even more damage, and bringing a much needed balance change to wrecking blow?

    The Executioner change is actually extremely misleading, it never gave you a bonus to all 2-handed skills while slotted, unless the enemy was under 25% health or some threshold like that. At that point, you would almost certainly be using Executioner anyway, except on edge-case situations like charging a low-health target or Wrecking Blow against a permablocker. Thus, the 18% (if I recall correctly) damage boost against low-health targets is way lower than the now 50% increase in damage to Executioner. This particular change should be mostly a buff.

    The Wrecking Blow change is terrible, and I really feel it as a fellow (likely former) stam DK. I'm certainly not sticking stam if they keep those disgusting new animations for DK stam morphs, and this change to WB means I can't even make a competitive build suitable for both PvE and PvP. They hit the nail on the head for a lot of stam changes, but some of it is so borked now.

    Then go for a magicka build!.
    Since your character is an altmer.

    Note: PvE are great for magicka builds and decent for Stamina builds.
    PvP are awesome for stamina builds and still great for magicka builds.

    So, switch to magicka and you won't regret it..... Use a destro staff/DW and healing staff.

    Have 1 :1:5 ratio gear ( heavy: medium : light) unless you have undaunted lvl 7 to get a cool passive. If not then 1 heavy and rest light.

    While this is a good point, the OP was actually talking about PvE specifically. That being the case, wrecking blow causing a knock up/back/stun is useless as it does not work on bosses.
    In PvP it may have uses, until people realize all they need is immovable. Sure you can sneak it on people, but there are many other effective sneaks too. I get your view of it needing nerfing, but considering it was not that uber anyway, I am glad they added damage instead.
    This is not meant to be an argument against you, just relaying that I dont think it was actually nerfed, and others do not view it that way either, it is being fixed.
    For the record, my main uses 2H.

    Actually true poison is purple(venom) not green (toxic).

    Of cousre , OP is a PvE'er not a PvP'er.
    Almost all PvE'er (including myself) are noobs.
    But PvP is where the true skill/potential of your class shines.(took me a while to master my NB)

    It isn't that bad in PvE if used properly. Cleave gives a damage shield plus bleed, momentum gives major brutality. With my Stam Templar I hit Unstoppable, momentum, cleave, light attack, Radiant Ward, light attack, Unstoppable, light attack...so on and so forth weaving light and heavy attack as needed, amd Ultimate when up. This is effective when pulling in a bunch of mobs. With forceful I am getting multiple targets constantly. I actually have used this on world bosses solo, using reviving barrier as it comes up, which it does pretty fast with light attacks being weaved in. Your staying power is absolute. (edit: If you miss a step though, you are probably dead or guzzling a heal and running)
    For the record bow is best for most world bosses, but sometimes I am lazy and just want to mash.
