Should nirn traits come from Undaunted keys and not just MSA leaderboard.

Saw on the PTS notes that nirn trait items are possible from MSA leaderboards. Just taking a poll if anyone thinks the undaunted keys would be a good source to include nirn traits too?

Just to help offset costs and low chance of finding specific items with the trait.
So with BD, it's MSA leaderboard and Trials weekly.

Nirnhoned on weapons now increases weapon damage by a static amount. Penetration has also been changed into a flat number, the amount is a little over 5000 physical and spell resistance penetration at Legendary which may outweigh Nirnhoned weapon damage increase.0 -

Think gold 160cp nirnhoned increases w/s damage by 149 ( or a number close to it i can't remember exactly) 5000 penetration works out as something like 10-15% increase in actual damage.
So yea all my nirn swords and staffs are now not even 2nd best :'(PS4 EU CP900. PS4 NA CP600,

Sharpened is 2580 physical and spell penetration for one-handed and 5160 physical and spell penetration for two-handed.
One-handed weapons have 1335 damage. The calculated increase comes to 1482 damage.
Bows have 1335 damage, but count as two-handed. it's final number is 1629 damage.
Two-handed weapons have 1571 damage. That comes out to around 1917 damage0 -

Oh yeah I know, it's not that. As you know your weapon's base damage also affects your spell damage and how they add up affecting abilities, before magicka or stamina is calculated. For spells that apply heals, shields, and enhancements Nirnhoned wins overall. For direct assault spells and dots Sharpened is the clear winner as it's now a static amount instead of a percentage so Light and Medium armored targets are more susceptible to getting hit with bigger numbers, and less effective against Heavy Armored targets. If you're a healer, having one weapon with Powered and another with Nirnhoned dual wielding might be the better option, or if you do more buffing than dual Nirnhoned or single Staff Nirnhoned is preferable.0 -

Yep sorry I'm a healing Templar so that's my bad for not saying that earlier.
But I'm more interested in researching the other nirn triats that I don't use like some of the medium and heavy armor.

Incorrect. It's 11% for all weapon types. The half-potency traits are only for traits that boost global values, such as penetration or crit chance. For traits that affect only that particular item's stat, it's the same potency for 1H and 2H.Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU
