I now need above 1 mill xp for one future cp, and thats too insane for me to feel progress in the game.
I never had problems with people having alot of CP, good for them, if they are able to grind that much without headache, I respect that, specially after this pvp update with no CP campaign. So yeah give me my progress back and I might start playing again!
What I hate is those whiners who keep saying that they should have a way to catch up CP wise to those players who have been in the game since beta? My question is why? Don't you feel that there needs to be some reward for those people who have been playing the longest in the way of some progression like CP's? Many of us are capped out at VR16 so for right now, CP's ARE the only form of progression we see. I'm really getting tired of this "Johnny should get the same gold stars" in-game socialism we are seeing now.
Leaderboards should represent a teams skill, not how many cp they mindlessly grinded. Grinding is not skill, its time. Putting in a lot more time than someone else because you don't work should not earn you a higher spot on the leaderboards. Skill currently earns you a spot on the leaderboards, which is how it should be.
And the "I quit because you took my progression" excuse is too funny....like there's nothing to do but grind CP in this game.

Another nonsese topic by grinders and nolifers regarding cp cap. If ZOS is doing this is because THEY KNOW AND HAVE THE DATA of the vast manority of players and they are far from the cap. Players that are actually playing the content and not grinding without appreciating the dlcs and whinning the day before a dlc release because they have nothing to do. Go out and take fresh air or play other games. You just want to be able to rule in pvp because of your grinded cp.
I guess those kind of whinners are afraid to play against other players with the same advantages.
Oh, I only PvE and as a PvE player the CP Cap is entirely disheartening.
I thought that's why ZOS was implementing the CP limited campaigns? To alleviate what you are talking about? Why are we (PvE players) being punished even more?
I don't get... they say "remove vet ranks, they are just a grind", then they say "Remove CP cap, i want to grind more"
Actually the problem not in CP cap. The problem is in CP system at all.
Introduction of champion system was the worst decision of developers which brought a huge imbalance in game. With which fight by restrictions on the maximum quantity of champion points. Don't you think this is stupid?
They had no content and for this purpose somehow to occupy players they weakened characters and entered champion system. Pumping over champion system you return the character to his level of power before introduction of champion system.
Clever players knew that it will lead to an imbalance and didn't even try to fill a maximum of champion system because it was clear that measures for its restriction will shortly enter.
