You're making PVP less of an achievement, and if this sticks, I expect you to lower the experience needed for the Undaunted skill line so we can obtain that faster too.

I've made a thousand posts how I was against that idea to begin with and it should stay in PVE. Thanks for stopping by in any case, clown.
It's cheap, that much is for sure, but you still have to wait to get the items you want and they come in infused. Leave it as it is and make the ones that drop from dungeons BoE. That way, PVErs can sell the other traits to players if they want to and actually get something out of it.
Considering the new motif is only found in Cyrodiil and IC, PVPers could even trade AP or motifs for the sets PVErs drop if they preferred. It'd be a pretty nice boost to the economy, if ZOS even cares about that any more.
Well, for PVE'er like me it took me 3 months to unlock horn. So yea playing pvp for me is real strugglebecause I never like to play there, and the xp required was insane. It's one of the reasons I never play stam characters because there is no way i could get caltrops. So this change is really really make me happy as PVE'er because I need a lot of skills from there which it wasn't possible for me to get in the past.

"Mandatory"? I don't think that word means what you think it means. I mostly play PvE. I only very recently got magicka detonation. Yes, it's a very fun toy to play with, but it doesn't change my build at all, and it hasn't allowed me to do things in PvE that I hadn't been able to do so before; I had already accomplished things like vICP speed run and vWGT no-death before getting det. Most of the PvE'ers that I play with don't have caltrops or det, and they do end-game content just fine without them. Vigor is arguably the only skill that might qualify as "mandatory" (for high-end solo play, at least), but that's already pretty easy to get after they moved it down to Assault 5.
So what are the new AP values? It seems like they are quite low (too low?). What's the incentive to rank up in PvP if you've already got all the skills?

lol, like they're not making it easier for PvPers to get PvE stuff with the new merchant, we all know it's mostly for PvPers that never want to step their foot outside cyrodiil.
