I am having the same issue. Trying to return to ESO on a new computer but the verification code is not being sent to my email. It has been over 24 hours and I have exhausted all other options on the help site. Nothing is working. I was able to login to this forum and receive an email instantly for some reason, but not with the other ESO website or the game. My user ID is Red.Beard0 -
After 48 hours, my issue has been resolved. All they had to do was change my email address from my yahoo account to my gmail account. I then logged in and recieved the verification code instantly. I recommend not using yahoo or aol as your registered email. Other small email domains may have this issue as well.0
