Actually,I have ESO plus and dont have enough gold to pa y for mounts.I do have enough to keep for things I really need ingame.
If the mounts are to be the 10 Mil that was suggested here by one person,no one will pay for them.
You would be suprised, they do need to add income for running the game, but also add the abilty to earn them in game, now they could be five million gold. It would allow some players to have something to do with there millions already. I bet you some have like 10 mil in game already. Well depending on gold cap.

ESO should at least have a quest where you can earn a basic horse, so new players don't have to raise 40k or spend real money in the crown store. Only of they want a specialty mount that looks cool or whatever. They could make Fadeel a unique skin, too, and make it so that the skin remains locked until after you buy a horse so that people won't complain DC has an unfair advantage (the best would add similar quests with different horse skins for EP and AD though).
Make it auto-unlock for the people with characters that already did the Fadeel's quest.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

TheTwistedRune✭✭✭✭✭I suppose having the option to earn mounts in game via quests or achievements would be fair. However, as with those who can't or won't use the CS (and thus its problem) you are locking content away from people who are not able to put the time in to earn or afford them.
Either way you are going to annoy somebody.
