That's because your blue points are better spent in Thaumaturge and Elfborn, as Funnel Health heals as a percentage of the damage done. So more damage (Thaumaturge/Elfborn) means more healing. When the RNG favors you, a crit heal that was sourced from a Funnel Health hit that itself had crit can do 9K for me.

Now, if you have both Thaumaturge and Elfborn maxed out, then you might want to consider more points into Blessed, but with the current CP cap, you cannot max them both out. As a result, I keep just a single point in Blessed.

For a healer Templar, sure, Blessed would be good, because you're worried about healing others (QR is about self-healing), and because your group healing does not scale off of damage. On the other hand, if you were a DPS Templar, concerned about keeping yourself self-healed through Puncturing Sweeps (which, like Funnel Health, heals off of damage done), then you'll want Thaumaturge/Elfborn.

I dont think so because funnel health is not a heal but an offensive ability which heals based on damage,blessed would work on breath of life or vigor for example

So because funnel health heals based off damage done, does blessed improve its heals at all?

Blessed should increase the healing from Funnel Health. It's just that, with the current CP cap, it's not a good place to magicka nightblades to spend their blue points.

Would this be worthwhile with other self-healing buffs (Quick Recovery, Swallow Soul, Argonian passive, etc), or is Julianos/Kagrenacs/etc still better?

It's a good set, but my personal view is that Julianos would be better (actually, Spell Power Cure is quite awesome; if there's nobody else giving me the SPC buff, I do more DPS with SPC than with Julianos). While the extra healing you get from doing more damage probably isn't as much as the 10% healing from the set, the more damage you do, the quicker the enemy dies, and the less opportunity they have to hit you.

If you are healing via doing damage, blessed is not for you. Thaumaturge +Elfborn all the way, regarding mage points. Now you can get more healing without sacrificing damage through Quick recovery from Warrior points.

On the flip side, if you are healing others or maining a support role, Blessed+Elfborn for your mage points and you can add to that bonus for yourself by grabbing quick recovery.

Generally speaking Julianos for pve dps and solo pvp, Kags for group pvp dps/support.

Also a good set if you can find the traits you want is Spell power cure. As for Twilight, most people don't go beyond the 4th bonus, and rarely use it once they have the above listed sets.

As a side note: TBS and Julianos are near identical stat/power wise with like mundus chosen. But Julianos is easier to obtain.

That 25% heal is not fixed
