The fight at Bleaks on Haderus between now and 20 minutes ago, was so laggy I could barely cast.
40 reds 40 blues? Not really a blob thing either, it looked like a handful of smaller groups on each side. (was personally in a group of five)
But the lag was ridiculous.
I reverted to playing a game that is in korean just so i dont have to play eso all the time.
How much korean do I know? Well, I'm not even sure im spelling it right.
theres an english patch for it. and it comes out this yearand your buddys Havoc is playing it.
I feel like I cannot even PvP anymore, every time I get into a campaign I'm hit with relentless lag and poor frames. Haderus used to be my hideaway from this kind of BS. PvP is just dominated by large ball groups, I'm sick of getting stealth bombed with barriers and DPS ultimate's by invisible groups of 10+ players.
I'm sick of how long it takes devs to fix bugs like Axe bleed and Reverb stun, and many other bugs they just flat out ignore.
I'm sick of doing reduced damage, while my opponents stack together and spam heals and barriers, 1.7 *** this game.
I'm sick of how many mats it costs to make new gear, I'm sick of the lack of AP gear. How has this even been allowed to happen, what is ZOS doing all day.
Wrobel and Wheeler better make some magic happen on the 15th.

I'm *** losing my guild to games like Rocket League, come on Zenimax!!
PvP sucks, you can't ever silence me!

I am not 100% sure that it has to do with with all the calculations. Example, a full raid was moving stealth near a keep the closer they got the Ping went higher and higher. So I ask this .... what does it all mean Basil?
For years I've tried to capture it, and I've come close, so very close, but each time its narrowly evaded my grasp! Not a corner of Cyrodiil is safe while Zergigan is at large. There's no evil scheme it wouldn't concoct. No depravity it wouldn't commit. Who knows what dastardly scheme that villian may be plotting even as we speak.

Kena, man, there are so many bad yellows on TF and Had that we wish we could farm them ourselves.Azura and Haderus are busy, but they're laggy as hell. Serious players can't play in that.
Trueflame is a hoard of yellows.

Based on interviews with the developers, they believe the lag is being caused by the calculations required to process so many vet players putting out so many complex AOE attacks - when ice comet hits, the computer has to calculate how every element nearby will be affected.
The lag isn't that bad in computer terms...things seem to be running 5% too slow, creating stutter. Therefore, a solution might be a nerf to the combat skill speeds. Even a half second cast time for most abilities might do it.
Of course, the best solution would be to accomplish this sort of thing without players noticing.

I noticed this too the other day when I was leveling. I was in a pve zone and my frames were constantly dropped and my ping was spiking to 999+ lol.
