Does the Laurel 100% in veteran dungeon?

Patch note 2.2.4
"This chance is also modified by your knowledge of the Mercenary style: If you know zero Chapters of the style, you will never receive a Laurel from any source. If you know all 14 Chapters, you will always receive a Laurel from Veteran dungeon final bosses, every time you kill one."
Today the veteran pledge is Spindleclutch, last boss no laurel
. That is not the first time, but i have all 14 chapters. The laurel how is work 1/day/account?

✭✭Hmm that's odd. I have all 14 as well and get a drop from the last boss every time I complete a vet dungeon, regardless of how many I've done that day or if it's a pledge dungeon. I know this might sound silly but did you accidently run the normal dungeon by mistake? Only a 25% drop chance there with all 14 learned.1 -

My guild mates says too no laures, but have all 14 chapters too 0 -

✭If you learned the chapters (all 14 of them) on the character you are doing the vet dungeon spindle with and still get no laurel, then it is a bug and needs to be reported. You should, in theory, get them once you learned all 14 chapters on a character you're doing the vet dungeons with.Edited by Qyrk on November 24, 2015 3:00AM0 -

I am little bit confused now, today morning there is a laurel with that character. Yesterday there wasn't. Maybe an addon Idk :S. 3 days ago I didn't find my heavy chest armor piece, after a day I found it, and I looked carefully enough. It can not be a coincidence.
Anyhow thank you for your help and answers.0
