Does the Laurel 100% in veteran dungeon?

Patch note 2.2.4

"This chance is also modified by your knowledge of the Mercenary style: If you know zero Chapters of the style, you will never receive a Laurel from any source. If you know all 14 Chapters, you will always receive a Laurel from Veteran dungeon final bosses, every time you kill one."

Today the veteran pledge is Spindleclutch, last boss no laurel . That is not the first time, but i have all 14 chapters. The laurel how is work 1/day/account?

Hmm that's odd. I have all 14 as well and get a drop from the last boss every time I complete a vet dungeon, regardless of how many I've done that day or if it's a pledge dungeon. I know this might sound silly but did you accidently run the normal dungeon by mistake? Only a 25% drop chance there with all 14 learned.

And you have all 14 chapters learned on that character running the dungeon? It doesn't count if it's learned on a different character.

My main has always gotten a laurel from a vet-mode dungeon.

Yes, because of this (hard more 100% if have all chapters) I have 3 character have all 14 chapters.

My guild mates says too no laures, but have all 14 chapters too

Did You actually learn the chapters or are you just storing them in your inventory? I ask because twice you said you "have" them. If you learned them, then you will no longer have them.

If you learned the chapters (all 14 of them) on the character you are doing the vet dungeon spindle with and still get no laurel, then it is a bug and needs to be reported. You should, in theory, get them once you learned all 14 chapters on a character you're doing the vet dungeons with.

I have 14 chapters on my main, and each time I kill a final vet dungeon boss with that char, I get a laurel. That's 100% for me. You must be mistaken or bugged.

Sry for my English. Yes, I already learned, achievement done.
I am little bit confused now, today morning there is a laurel with that character . Yesterday there wasn't. Maybe an addon Idk :S. 3 days ago I didn't find my heavy chest armor piece, after a day I found it, and I looked carefully enough. It can not be a coincidence.

Anyhow thank you for your help and answers.
