Whispers from enemy faction?

I don't like how some people give horrible tells yet they don't allow people to whisper back.

I love getting hate whispers. Got one while doing a 1v1 and the enemy player got pretty peeved I was constant healing and they couldn't kill me. I was a templar. You expect me not to heal?

If the whispers are negative, block them. If they're positive, keep em coming. As for myself, after a nice fight I whispered a person and we set up a few pvp training events between AD and DC. We all learned a lot when we had time to see and process all the skills being used.

The last time I got a PvP whisper, it was after a long 1-on-1 fight that I lost with someone. They whispered me thanking me for a good fight. It was a show of good sportsmanship.

I see mostly rage tells, which all should deem a reward for a good kill

I did have a player that killed me, ask me "what the heck are u doing?" LOL LOL

Told him I was terrible in a 1 v 1 fight and proved it by dying.

Oh I did have trouble switching bars which made my death soooo much quicker , he he.

I've had friends receive tells from enemy players congratulating them on a win or telling them how difficult they were to take down. I also remember playing with a friend of mine completing all the quests around Cyrodiil and encountering an enemy player in one of the quest hubs. My friend whispered them to make sure they weren't going to ambush us or something, and we wound up dancing together. So there are times when being able to whisper enemy players comes in handy.
