As for myself, after a nice fight I whispered a person and we set up a few pvp training events between AD and DC. I did have a player that killed me, ask me "what the heck are u doing?" LOL LOL
Told him I was terrible in a 1 v 1 fight and proved it by dying.

✭I've had friends receive tells from enemy players congratulating them on a win or telling them how difficult they were to take down. I also remember playing with a friend of mine completing all the quests around Cyrodiil and encountering an enemy player in one of the quest hubs. My friend whispered them to make sure they weren't going to ambush us or something, and we wound up dancing together. So there are times when being able to whisper enemy players comes in handy.0
