Lol your arrogance knows no bounds I see and it's funny how you refer to me as "little boy" when your mentality is that of an child, a perfect example is how quickly you lost your temper when someone questions your abilities. That in its-self shows me all I need to know.

I for one know what I'm talking about based on debates that actually revolved around Thinking, something that is definitely too hard for you. You come to forums crying and moaning that a DK killed you with wrecking blow and go on to cry about how he/she out DPS'd you in full heavy; the best part of all of this is the fact you try to relate battle roar (which is activated by an ultimate) to how OP the DK is. You didn't even take into account that said DK could've been using corrosive armor which gives 100% armor penetration, you slap on a maul with that and you have 120% penetration yet you ignored all of that.

Maybe next time you make a troll post crying about how badly you got wrecked by a player who out smarted/out played you with their better rotations, you should first consider how you died then build around that.

To sum up what I'm saying, try to improve on your cognitive brain function a bit more before jumping to conclusions and making a post about it because it just makes you look completely asinine.

Honestly I can say right now I don't need to 1v1 because why bother with someone as immature as you? My talk didn't get bigger you just started huffing and puffing because I clearly pointed out the obvious i.e. that you need better rotation and need to stop whining about getting wrecked.

I mean come on now that's pathetic, you throwing a tantrum over someone telling you that you need to learn to play better, now that's truly pathetic lol. Also lastly stop contradicting your words because when you say I write my post just in different ways goes to show how much you lack a strong cognitive. Read your posts it clearly shows the same thing through-out with an addition of 1 thing and or just rewritten in a different way.

Change mind: If you want this so called 1v1 by all means you can do so on consoles since I transferred. GT is at the very bottom

Soft caps is an admission of being incompetent at balancing a game.
Granted thats fair by historical experience.
But I would rather have them do the job properly instead of half arsed and lazy.

You will simply have min/maxers cap everything instead...like before.

Time to post this again. Originally posted on a CAP thread. This reflexion came from a discussion between me and a friend of mine, who is a senior game designer working for Ubisoft and before at Quantic Dream and others.

"Basically, the must needed balanced between magicka and stamina is now here and was not in 1.5 and before BUT can we please watch at the 2 basic mecanics in any MMO.

1. cooldown based game. This allow to balance skills easily. You just can't spam THE "one-shot oriented skill" and need to use a big variety of skills to go
2. ressources management based game. A cap (soft and hard) is needed because if you can have almost "infinite" ressource, you just have to spam your "one-shot oriented skill" (RD, concealed weapon etc)

With the 1.6+ meta you can have "infinite" ressources, so anyone just go for the biggest possible dps skill. It gives poor variety of builds and rotations.

Another issue is that ressources give DPS. It should not. It should goes like this :
. ressources give you the pool to spam your skills (wich should be soft caped)
. regen give you the time between 2 completes empty pool (wich should be soft caped)
. spell/weapon damage is for the dps increase, plus the pen (wich should be soft caped)
. armor/spell resist is for damage mitigation (wich should be soft caped)
. Crit gives % chances to do more dps (wich should be soft caped)

CP buffs shall be soft caped too, lets say at +20% buff max per item.

The cap problem with 1.5 system was that the caps where way too low, just raise them a bit so that hybrid and specialists builds can work together and can be as competitive.

this system can give a lot more variety of builds because more or less, anyone can Play As You Want and be competitive. Then ZOS should just tweak numbers and based cost of each skill to balance the game.

Example : lets say a Crystal fragment gives 1000 damage, and cost 100 magicka. If you have a bigger magicka pool + regen, you can spam it more. Another player who invest more in a hybrid build can deal the same amont of damage with Crystal fragment, but can't spam it a lot while he can use, let's say WB in is rotation with a good result too. Combinasion are almost endless and fair like this."

So yeah, caps are needed.

@MaxwellCrystal lmfao a console player. That says it all. We can 1v1 on the PTS since I'll probably be ahead on live since you're on console. And yes you Def are writing the same posts in different ways.

You might make an excuse about how you uninstalled the PTS, or how your computer exploded. These are the type of excuses a person like you would make as you hide behind your words, but if you're interested in the life of someone with balls you would accept the challenge.

@Mr_Koh If I can still fight you tell me as I've transferred to consoles a while back. I'm definitely confident as I always incorporate different rotations based on what's hitting me the most unlike someone who has to make a post dedicated to a so called "OP Build" lol.

Also please stop with the "excuse" nonsense as if anyone looks at your post, heck even the first post all shows you've made a excuse to justify how much of a bad rotation you have. You talk about wrecking blow killing you therefore making this post then say Its a DK and it's an OP build due to the new improvements to the battle roar passive. All of this turns into one thing a huge EXCUSE.

Addition also I sent you a message of a summary of my first sentence in this post, I'd rather continue it via messages due to this post being irrelevant to what the topic originated from; which was you complaining about an "OP build" that used wrecking blow.

Side note: DKs have been nerf''d so hard yet it's still OP when almost all class skills have been nerf'd thus far.
