Something is just wrong with our resources. I haven't changed a thing but I'm going empty really fast.
My nonvet sorc in BWB is like a pvp tank, without the blocking. Requires 4+ players to keep hitting me until I run out of resources.

Start wailin' on each other!Got into a scuffle with an ganker outside the imperial city gates, this 1v1 took 5 minutes.... we ran out of resources, literally had to stop fighting stand there and stare at eachother while we regenerated. this 50% damage reduction is too much. maybe adjust it to around 25%?

I asume your talking specifically about stamina? I think it's something with regeneration because I run out way faster then I used to regardless of blocking and dodgeroll penalties. Maybe something that needs adjusting rather then the 50% dmg reduction which I think is an absolutely awesome change. TTK now is way better then getting 1 or 2 shot like a couple days ago.

You said it, and you said it right. My exact toughts about this. 2 good players just aint gonna manage to kill eachother unless one of them decides to chew his arm off in boredom so he cant use his mouse anymore, even then it would be hard to die. 50% is just overdoing it. 40% would atleast improve it...but I think it would need more.

Tried it out on my DK this morning... Basically you pretty much have to stack armor and spell resist and not rely on Blocking/Dodging anymore otherwise your stamina is gone..
Sorcs and such can still just spam shields to stay alive atleast till Shieldbreaker becomes more common maybe.
You also have to stack the hell out of damage now to get past defense....Was trying a 1900ish spell power/25k Magicka build this morning and even with the healing debuffs I was running (Duroks Bane, Reverb Bash) you can still heal through it sometimes cause the damage simply wasn't there to finish the target.
Will probably swap back to stamina on the DK and run shield breaker eventually....Or go Heavy armor with two hander..not sure yet.
Groups could already kill each other in 1.6. The issue was being ganked too quickly off horses or from stealth.. Still trying to understand why this resulted in a 30% damage reduction overall.

30%. The sweet spot would have been from to take it from 15% to 30%.
This 50% is a whole load of baloney. You can mess up epicly and still survive in 1v1. 1v3 doesn't even exist any more, unless the 3 are afk. Not to mention a greater number of opponents than that.

Yeah I honestly lost some serious motivation after playing last night. They continue to promote zerging. Whatever skill factor there was in this game is quickly diminishing
