    What was the last thing you were doing in-game, and where were you in-game? I was leveling a character and when I traveled it was a long load screen and I got kicked.

    When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then? I got kicked Friday and haven't been able to get back for more then a minute

    Have you created a ticket with Customer Support. Yes two times.

    Back to ESO, nice how the UK server is fixed (you know the one that has been working the whole time) but the NA server still no workie. Thanks alot for that ZoS.

    A speed test, or a ping is sending a small packet of data out to be returned to determine optimal speed, it doesn't show actual usage speed, it can however be found in your modems bios address, most keep a log but requires an admin password to view, which can he found in modem manual

    Generally if your network is flooded with traffic the ms on the ping is going to increase but without having a base line that would do no good. Yes I understand it does not show actual usage speed but could help point to a problem if the numbers had increased greatly. My average ping now and average ping prior to Win 10 being out have not changed so therefore it is not an issue with Win 10 being shared from my PC's.
    Btw I still have Win 7 and have no desire to upgrade to Win 10.

    - the first time I've been kicked from the game was on the launch day for consoles. However I was able to play since then.
    Now I cannot log into the game. I can select my character, but it would disconnect me soon after and say "Unable to
    connect to game server. Please check if you have a valid internet connection" my router is connected to my Xbox and my internet connection is good.

    Have you created a ticket with Customer Support?
    - yes I have (however it was for another incident regarding a player)

    Last thing i was doing: i was in deshaan trying to fast travel to stonefalls, to a a dungeon infested by goblins, grotto something, i can't recall. then the loading time was too long and the game had me disconnected, can't log on ever since (this happened saturday)

    First happened to me in Cyrodiil (Chillrend) on Friday night, using a transitus shrine. Couldn't get back into the NA XB1 server. Tried again off and on all weekend, ultimately played on the XB1 EU server which worked for me all weekend with zero problems. I did get back into the NA server for about two hours last night, but ultimately got kicked again while using a transitus shrine in Chillrend, again.

    When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then?
    Late Friday (may have been in the wee hours Sat AM CDT); yes (see above)

    Have you created a ticket with Customer Support?
    Yes. 150809-003227. All other Internet/Xbox features are working A-OK and as I referenced above (and in the ticket) the EU server worked perfectly well for me all weekend. Really want to get back to my main on NA though!!

    I can't remember the last thing I was doing, but I was in Greenshade.

    I first had issues Friday evening, and I have continued having issues since.

    Sometimes I can't get through the server selection page, but sometimes I can if I try over and over, and when I do, it is also hit or miss whether I'll be able to get past the character selection screen. Again, trying and trying again can sometimes yield getting past character selection, other times it just boots me back out to square one. If I don't get booted though, it'll drop me into Greenshade or wherever I was last, and then each loading screen into a new zone is russian roulette for me. I never was able to ever load into the Marbruk Outlaws Refuge to fence some stolen goods.

    I have not created a ticket with support - it looks like many have and only wasted time doing so apparently.



    I cannot even begin to express how deep my disappointment is, my faith in this game and those who are supposed to maintain it fades with each passing day. You have destroyed my opportunity this last weekend to make substantial progress with a game you've made quite difficult to level up in, and this was a rare weekend for me to dump time on.

    When this nightmare is over, you fellas need to seriously re-evaluate your priorities and get your act together, because you have alienated a lot of loyal people who would freely give you more than retail out of their pocket, and that's just not good business for anyone.

    WHEN I CAN GET IN GAME AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS, IF IT MAKES IT PAST THE PLAYER SELECT SCREEN, I GET BOOTED ANY TIME I TRY TO DO ANYTHING THE REQUIRES A LOADING SCREEN.


    When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then? Friday 8/7/2015, AND YES I CAN GET BACK IN FOR A FEW MINUTES AT A TIME.

    Just wanted to share a workaround with everyone since ZOS testing for 4 days hasnt come up with this yet....anyways...

    First of all this workaround will not help you log in - you will still need to try about ten times until you get online to your character. What this DOES do is let you travel..so here goes.

    Once you are logged in to your character que up for your home campaign. Yes, PvP.

    Once you get in to your campaign use the wayshrine inside of Cyrodil and you should be able to travel without disconnecting.

    If you read this and you try it please respond and let us know - it works for me, hope it helps the masses.

    So I tried logging in just now and title screen loaded fine, character select loaded fine no issues. When I tried load out of the dungeon I've been stuck in for the last 3-4 days, I got kicked. It was a tease for sure. Almost like having that gorgeous naked girl laying on your bed and saying "ya come get it" then saying never mind I'm not feeling it. Lol. Fml man

    8-8-15 i fast travel stone to eastmatch to complete my quest using wayshrine near davan watch got kick after long loading screen said uable to connect to server invalid internet connection. i log back in so i travel to coldharbor when i try to fast travel from coldhabor got the same problem so i try from rift the sam happen. The follow day i try fast travel from stonefall to eastmatch 5 time nonthing change. i gave up on fast travel so my last attemp i fast travel to rift and i rode my horse to eastmarch still got disconnected from server, i gave
    up after 3 try.

    8-10 i log back in it load to rift but automatically try to load me to eastmarch got disconnect again 10 time it happen wtf,so i basically stuck between 2 loading screen. i almost broke my control and the game disc dam *** i spent a lot of hour since lauch.

    - the first time I've been kicked was this Sunday and not been able to play since.

    I'm in Eastmarch, I'm stuck here. I can use the wayshires to travel within Eastmarch but the game crashes when I try to teleport out.

    I can enter and exit all the dungeons in Eastmarch. That's what I've been doing the last 4 days, I collected all the Skyshards and ran all the dungeons.

    I'm soooo sick and tired of Eastmarch.

    Loading screens when changing zones or trying to fast travel results in getting kicked
    Last night was the last time I was kicked, and I haven't tried to log back in yet. I was usually able to get back in after getting kicked if I did a console restart, but that doesn't always work. Most of the times I was able to get back in I was kicked immediately if anything I was trying to do required a loading screen (quests included, such as the line involving Faolchu).
    I had a different ticket open about not receiving crowns after upgrading to plus (since resolved, and I had a thought that doing so would somehow magically fix this issue... it obviously didn't), but haven't put in another concerning the games connectivity issues.

    I get disconnected anytime I try to Wayshrine to a different zone. It kicks me out during the load screen. I managed to get from Rivenspire to Craglorn once. Ever since then, I've been trapped in Craglorn. This is on my Main Character. My Alt in Auridon won't even load once. I get kicked from the first load screen after selecting the character.

    I haven't created a ticket. I checked here first to see if it was just me or not.

    I logged out Friday afternoon and haven't been able to get back in
    I have not opened a CS ticket. Seems like this is a pretty big issue. One more ticket isn't going to help fix it.

    EXTREMELY UPSET!!!

    I only get to game on the weekends and you took that away from me this past weekend.

    Fix this now or I'm done!

    I get "unable to connect to server. please make sure you have a valid connection" and this happens when I try to get to the character screen, when I try to load in a character, and when I am switching zones. Basically anytime in the game, when the "loading" screen shows up I have a 30% change of being kicked from the game.

    When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then?
    3 days ago. yes, i can get back on - not always immediately usually takes 1-2 extra tries.

    if you are not a beta player then you dont get to play with the monkey.

    Why don't you let the people who make those decisions make those decisions, and let the upset customers express what they feel is compensation for the issues.

    I'm kinda getting tired of these diehard fanboys "shut up and wait crybaby waaa waaa" I guess their parents pay for their games and crowns, that they don't know what it's like to have spent (lost to some) money on a limited game. This game is $60 and it's fully online. If I can barely play and my internet is fine, maybe......make sense?

    Now if this is happening only to me and gta online times out constantly as well. Maybe I got some work to do. But here, no matter what I do, it'll time out of nearly every loading screen.

    And these 500+reports say it's not me.

    I'm not hoping they give is 5,000 crowns, I'm not even asking for one crown. A pet monkey is priceless, heck, I'd settle for the free fennec fox (mAybe that's crowns there).

    Our investigation efforts are still ongoing. For visibility, these are currently the three scenarios that we are focusing on for our investigation:
    • You cannot get past the initial game load screen where you eventually time out and get an invalid connection error.
    • You cannot load specific characters, and you eventually time out and get an invalid connection error.
    • You get repeatedly kicked off whenever you zone, if you can log in at all.

    Not my first time geting kicked happens like 5-10 a day for me
    No on ticket they never get answered
