Issues Connecting to Console Megaservers - Info Requested

Have not been able to log on all weekend including this morning
Sometimes I can get to the character screen, but never in the game

Now unable to connect to either Xbox one megaserver. Error 301 (3.1.633.10051)

This is now beyond ridiculous.

1) I pay for eso plus, which doesn't transfer to the other megaserver.
2) I paid for the explorers pack, which doesn't transfer to the other megaserver.
3) I can't play on the megaserver I paid for.
4) Now I can't play on the alternate megaserver even without my paid bonuses.
5) I have tried two different ISPs, my neighbors mediacom and my own centurylink.
6) Neighbors can log on and play without problem.

What did I pay for, not once, not twice, but three times?

We demand feedback. Update us like you promised in this thread.

When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then? Friday approx 11pm CST. I can log in and pull up my main character after 2 or three tries. But the minute I try to leave the dungeon, I get booted.
Have you created a ticket with Customer Support? No. After seeing all of the people who have, i figured you were aware of it.

I was able to create an alt and only encountered a boot once with it (exiting the outlaw refuge). It seems to be when the server has to load an area.

The really irritating part about this is that it's been a weekend spanning problem. I'm a single father who works and takes car of his son during the week. About my only time to play is during the weekend.

Friday Night I was unable to log on around 5 o'clock central time for about two hours. Once I was in I was booted from the game within a few minutes. This has continued til today with most of the issues coming from trying to load the character selection screen.

No. I've made numerous attempts to use your subpar CS in the past and the issues I've reported continue to go unaddressed. Im not going to continue to use a system that the Company that operates it seems to ignore and fail to utilize when major issues come up. This has been going on ALL weekend and should of been all hands on deck only a few hours into it. But here we are, no fix and people filling out a questionaire even though your CS should have a plethora of data to hand over to the Engineers and Devs.

I dont think so. I have friends who have updated to windows 10, and even those who have it sitting in there boxes waiting to download it. Those people are playing the game and im not.

I feel like if this was a windows 10 priorty issue more games would be having issues connecting, not just ESO. The fact is every other game I play online on either console connects perfectly fine.

Last thing in game: Traveling between Stormhaven and bangkorai on foot (because wayshrines were not working)
First game crash: hard to say, game was crashing every few minutes the last i was able to log in, which was friday 8/7.

Please, move my character's location or at the very least reset my character to stormhaven. Haven't been able to play for over 36 hours now. I understand you all are having server issues and have been trying very hard to stay patient.

Since 8 August-- multiple failed attempts to load the game. Often disconnected on any load screen in any instance. Also fail to often load character screen. No trouble ticket. What are you doing to repair this issue? S/N: EarthCaesar.

I was kicked Friday evening and have pretty much been kicked every time I try to go to another zone. I have been able to play some, but it's very limited.
I haven't submitted a ticket, because there are enough people having this problem that it should be a known issue by now

Google Windows 10 forced update and can find more detailed information, not all systems are getting the loop, but a problem in the update is causing this loop. After that its entirely dependent on the number of PC caught in this loop in your ISP area that could be causing this. And for your friends using Windows 10, it would be a good idea to manually shut off the ability for Windows to draw off of their PC and their internet connection to "speed up update process," just a bad idea all around having windows control your pc like that

Can I get a refund for this game? EU servers had a problem fixed almost immediately but NA servers stay Messed up for days.

A speed test as well as a ping test would show that your speed is slow if the Win 10 thing was the issue. Not sure about a speed test but a ping definitely. The way Microsoft is running Win 10 is complete bs though, using your computer as a file server for Win updates really is *** even if you can disable it. You guys should look that up btw if you have no idea about what I am talking about.

Back to ESO, nice how the UK server is fixed (you know the one that has been working the whole time) but the NA server still no workie. Thanks alot for that ZoS.

Fast traveling from Glenumbra to Stormhaven.

Last day i could login August 7 2015 around 7pm central

Its like my vr 4 character is stuck between two places. It tries to load glenumbra first and then it tries to load Stormhaven and thats when i get kicked back to the main screen with it saying unable to connect to game server please make sure you have a valid internet connection. I did all the proper checks and restart and my internet is great . I can play COD Battlefield and destiny with no problems. Please help

Friday GMT+8. I was able to login on my other characters sometimes but not on my main one. Also, i made a new Templar character but wasnt able to log on with it. But when i made a Sorcerer, it let me in. Kicks me out of the game whenever theres loading involve though.

During request character load (location at last logoff was Stros M'Kai). Received error about connecting to server and to check internet connection (internet connection was fine). Any attempt to log into NA server after that resulted in "Loading" loop.

First sign of issue was 8/7 at 7:45pm EDT. Unable to log into NA server ever since.

No, because I saw you guys were already investigating, figured you didn't need to be inundated with tickets too.

Definitely lost my business for life! Couldn't get a response until I talked negative on here and I was warned to not say negative things about the company and or people. I'd be satisfied if they just shut down the servers that our obviously broke and PUBLICLY said our bad it's our system not yours. I guess it would hurt downloads of imperial city if everyone in the gaming community knew about the problem. I'll probably be suspended for saying that so hope to see y'all on eso sometime in the future.

I had a weird issue last night after I was finally able to get on (was playing Destiny for a few hours prior since ESO is no workie). I got kicked and after several attempts finally got back in but my character immediately disappeared, and not because I went to first person either. I could switch from 1st to 3rd, I could not use any weapons or run but I could walk however within about 15 seconds I got kicked again. This happened multiple times before I gave up. Also I had to attempt to log in multiple times before it let me in. Maybe I'll try playing musical DNS servers and see if that gets me in (kind of like musical chairs but with DNS servers).

Btw ZoS did you change the IP's of any of your megaservers? It seems it works for a little right after I change DNS servers could just be coincidence though.

Yes, 2. One replied that crashing is a common issue and redirected me to the PC forums, even though I am on the PS4.

My level 6 alt sorcerer works fine now. No loading screen issues. None of the others work though.
